It had been another hard day and Sun was exhausted Kim had refused to eat even though Sun had made him his favorite dishes; after 30 minutes of pleading he finally managed to convince him to eat at least theRice and fish that had been his favorite it was these moments that made Sun shut himself in the bathroom to cry when the flood of memories eating together in the canteen would surface; he especially recalled when Kim would steal food from his bowl laughing ashe shoved a spoonful of rice in his mouth; but Kim didn't know any of that now. Sun sighed wiped away the tears, washed his face and plastered the smile back on his face. He opened the door and was greeted by a massive figure swallowing him whole he was stunned to find Kimwrapping him in his giant arms.
"I'm sorry I yelled at you. I didn't mean it I just get frustrated because you know things that I don't and I want to remember but the memories aren't coming..it must be hard for you." Sun couldn't remember the last time Kim hadheld him like this he buried his head in Kims sweater remembering the times Kim had touched him; sometimes it had been with a passion so strong Sun felt as if he was literally on fire; and sometimes they were soft like butterflies barely grazing him. Sun felt afamiliar heat rising inside him he reluctantly let go and ruffled Kims hair "If its for you its not hard; just remember to be a good boy" Kim felt confused for a moment as he hadn't wanted to let Sun go but he shook his head after all it was inappropriate tohave those kind of thoughts for a caretaker no matter how cute they were he was shaken from his thoughts by Suns cheerful voice
"Its late we should get you to sleep the doctor is coming to check on you tomorrow." Kim put on his pjs and Sun tucked him into bedJust when Sun was about to leave Kim grabbed his hand. "Can you stay with me?" Sun felt his heart stop for what seemed like an infinite amount of time; before he gently removed Kim's hand and said "I don't think that's wise..if you need anything just call." Sunleft as quickly as he could and nearly slammed the door. He wasn't sure how much more his heart could take he was glad the doctor was coming over it had been awhile since his last visit. He took his medicine out and swallowed the pills that were keeping himalive and prayed they would at least keep alive until Kim got his memories back this was all he dared to pray for as he headed into the shower.
