California

Henry had 5 broken ribs, his left arm and right leg were broken, he was also losing some of his memory.

Nick booked a flight to California, he would get at Henry's moms house tomorrow afternoon around noon.

Nick was one the plane ready for the flight. He would be in California by 11:30 am ish. And then he HAD to see his boyfriend.

Nick was slightly terrified of being on a plane at this point.

Nick had fallen asleep on the plane. He was woken up with a soft voice asking if he wanted a drink.

"Oh sorry I didn't mean to wake you, but would you like something to eat or drink?" Said a kind flight attendant.

"Oh, yeah sure. I'll take a coke and maybe some pretzels?"

"Of course, sir they will be right out."

The lady walked away and Nick sat up looking outside of the window.

He didn't see anything, as it was 3:09 am and it was dark.

Nick got his food and drink. He finished it all up and pulled out a book he brought.

"Sir. The plane landed 2 minutes ago..."

Nick blinked his eyes open to see the same lady who asked him what he wanted to drink smiling at him.

"Oh uh sorry." Nick got up on to his feet, grabbed his carry on bag and ran off the plane.

He got his bags from the baggage claim and bought a Uber.

He gave Henry's moms address to the driver and they started to drive after the driver said it would be 21 minutes till they Nick was there.

The driver pulled around the corner and pulled into a driveway with a small cottage looking house in front.

"Thank you." Nick smiled at the driver and hopped out of the car.

He knocked on the door 2 times before Henry's mom opened up.

"Nick! Your here!" She smiled and pulled him in for a hug.

"I'm sorry." Nick said softly.

"Hun, he's your boyfriend. You're probably devastated and don't say sorry to me."

Nick put his bags in the empty bedroom that used to be Henry's bedroom as a kid.

Henry's mom; Mrs. Davidson, drove Nick to the hospital.

"Thank you so much for the ride Mrs. Davidson!" Nick said grabbing his phone and closing the door.

"Text me if you need a ride again...I'm only 5 minutes away!"

"I will!" Nick walked in the hospital.

He walked up to the front desk lady and told her who he was looking for. She told him to go to room 34.

Nick walked down the hallway to room 34. The hall felt super long even though it was only 40 feet to the room he needed to go in.

He opened the door and tears fell down his face right away.

"Nick?" Henry spoke soft gazing at Nick.

Nick was so happy that his boyfriend remembered him.

Nick walked slowly over to his boyfriend and kissed him lightly. Tears fell down his face like a waterfall.

"Henry needs to have emergency surgery right now!" 7 doctors came running in, 3 had papers in their hands with a bunch of markings on them. Then 2 doctors had full surgery protection clothes on. The other doctors were taking the bed Henry was on a wheeling it away to another room.

"I love you!" Nick yelled at Henry as he was taken away!

"I love you more!" Henry yelled back.

That was nicks thing to say I love you more. Nick smiled when he heard Henry say it.
