Chapter 2

I was getting so nervous since that moment. My mind was going wild. He saw me butt naked so that is going to ruin the "date". But that is not my fault, he opened the door without me saying come in or something like that. "Oh crap, what am I going to do?" I said on my mind.

- "You go first" I said

-"No please, what I have to say can wait" said Roy nervous

-"Same here"

We went back and forth with "you go first" for a while.

-"Never mind you can forget what I was going to say, it was really not that important" he said.

"NOT THAT IMPORTANT? not that important?. He saw me naked for the first time, I have a crush on him, going on a date and he says it's nothing important? oh no mister i'm sorry but it is very important to me i'm going to get this info out of him. I need to know what he is thinking." I thought, muttering in my head.

- "Please Roy tell me what happened" I said with a puppy face

He put his car on drive and started going straight ahead to downtown for our date. He didn't say a word till we got there. There I was thinking that I did something wrong, all anxious because what if he thinks less of me? I didn't want to start begging like a little kid and make him even more annoyed so I just skipped the topic. We got to "The Rooftop". Roy got out of his car, went around it and before I knew it he was in front of my door opening it for me. " Why is he being such a gentleman?"

He opened the door and said "I promise this day will be a magical day".

Little did we know that was more accurate than just words. I got out and went inside the place. At the end of the restaurant was a table with just two chairs. The receptionist guided us to that table and said "Your table sir". At that moment I opened my eyes and thought "So he made reservations for us". I took the menu and started to check everything on it. I was a really picky eater so I really had to thoroughly check the menu to know what I was going to eat. Usually I go for the meat but they are expensive.

Roy looked at me, grabbed my hand. I raised my head and looked back at him. His cheeks and ears were so red as I said "dude are you ok? you are red as a tomato"

-"Oh yeah I'm ok, it's just a little hot in here isn't it" he replied

-"Umm it freezing cold and I am wearing a jacket so it can't be THAT hot" I said

- "Anyways I... I just wanted you to know um... That you can order anything you like no matter the price" he said, stuttering a bit.

"I can definitely tell something is wrong with him but What is it? I can't quite put my finger on it. WAIT, NO! Could it be? Does he have some feelings for me" I started thinking as I continue "It has to be, everything would make sense if it is. He asked me to come alone, he acts weird seeing me naked, got us a reservation table and now he grabs my hand looking all red? The signs are there, it must be". I decided to act normal while we were still in the restaurant so I nodded to his statement of the pricing.

I ordered some Ribeye with mashed potatoes and a large soda while Roy just went for a personal pizza. We talked about new upcoming movies and games and laughed so much. We ended our what it now seems to be an actual date now that I know what he is up to and went back to the car. "You see all the girls that work here are very good looking right?" he said. There he goes again talking about the girls... wait a second I see what you're doing Roy, I see right through you. You are trying to figure out if I am gay or not. Smart! I'm playing his game" I thought to myself.

-"Yeah they where and oh my god that Stephanie such a cutie" I replied

-"oh... oh yeah she is cute alright" he said looking to the other side while scratching his head.

-Yeah, so what are we doing now big bro?"

-"I want to show you a place I found, it is really nice and with a nice view." Roy answered.

He started to drive, we drove for quite some miles and up a mountain. As we were speeding through the road I saw his little finger twitching a bit like he was shy to reach something. "I think I know what's going on, he wants to grab my hand" I think. but I didn't want to make a move cuz what if I was wrong. I have been wrong in the past thinking other boys where gay and turned out to be false. I didn't want to fuck up this day maybe he was just being too nice. We got to the mountaintop where there was a vantage point and we could see the whole town from up there. It was beautiful, very romantic. I looked at Roy and he said "Let's go outside"

At the very edge of the clift there was a log for people to sit and watch the view. We sat there for about 20 minutes or so and continued to talk about some brother's normal things when he stood up and grabbed my hand to make me stand up as well. He said: "Daniel I have something to tell you" I opened my eyes, my heart beating faster than ever. "I think I should tell him too". I thought.

-"Yes, tell me" I said with butterflies on my stomach. "Wait before you do. I also have to tell you something, what I was going to say this morning.

-"ok so who says it first" said Roy

-"I think we both should say it at the same time" I said

-"Ok thats a great idea" he said

-"Roy"

-"Daniel"

-"I... I'm in love with you" We said at the same time.

Just as we finished our statement a beam of light rushed from out our feet into the sky surrounding us and making us jump into what seems like hyperspace. I hold on tight to Roy hugging him.
