I walked in lyrics room to see her peacefully sleeping she looked very content so I decided to give her ten more minutes

"Momma" Alexis said walking in

"Is Toni bringing Janet, Amari and the boys".

"About that babe change of plans, Toni her family mommy the rest of my sisters daddy everyone is coming I want them all to meet her at one time" she said. I rolled my eyes because I hate when she changes plans last minute.

"Don't roll your eyes at me Michelle" she said she must have X-ray vision how the hell does she know I rolled my eyes

2 hrs later-
Everybody is now dressed. Lexis dad, Vince came and got her for the weekend so me and K

I'm kind of scared to meet Tamar's family. So many different things floating through my head right now like will they like me will they except me will they be mad. I guess we'll just have to wait and see

Tamar POV

Later that day it is now 7:00 and everyone has arrived

"Well Who is this beautiful young girl" Mommy said

"Well, Everyone this is lyric. She is the one we adopted so please welcome her with open arms open minds and open hearts" I said

"Aww your so pretty what is your name" Toni asked lyric

"I'm lyric" she said nervously

"Tamar you let her dress like that?"  Trina asked

"Dress like what?"

"A hoe" she said looking disgusted

"Excuse me" K said

"Your excused" Trina responded with a attitude

"I mean the girl isn't even 16 and she's dressing like a little whore of the corner with no since class or home training. Who the hell raised her cus they need they ass beat" Towanda said

"That's enough y'all are way out of line" Toni said

"No. That little girl looks like she just got done selling pussy at 7-Eleven" Trina said and towanda agreed

"Oh don't sit here and act like you look any better. It's extremely disrespectful for y'all to talk about me and how I dress in my face like this. Let me reintroduce myself because apparently what I said before wasn't really clear.

"Trina and Towanda get out" I said pissed off

"Huh" they said confused

"She said get out can y'all not hear" k said. She is so protective over me I love it

They just sat there like they didn't hear

"I'm sorry I don't think y'all understood GET THE FUCK OUT" I said

They walked out and mumbling shit. Lyric went upstairs to her room after telling me she didn't want to be bothered. Toni and left shortly after telling me that we will reschedule when she back in good spirits. And as for me, I guess it's safe to say I'm extremely pissed off and don't get me started on Kim pissed isn't even the word for the emotion she is expressing right now.

2 hours later

It's now 9:00 pm and I was walking down the hallway on the 5th floor of my home to my bedroom and I heard sobs coming from lyrics room.

I walked closer to the door noticing it was cracked not to much but just enough for me to see inside. I watched and studied her for a little.

She was taking clothes out her drawers and throwing them in a pink P!NK duffel bag crying historically. I ran in her room and wrapped my arms around her.

I been in her position too many times after all they are my sisters. Being that I been through this before ik what's happening.

She spiraling. And ik that a for me when I spiral a hug is crucial because that's all that can calm me down, However that didn't seem to work for her. All she did was continue to scream and cry.

"KIMBERLY" I yelled.

"WHAT ESTINE THE HELL YOU YELLING MY NAME FOR BABE" she yelled back

"SORRY BABE BUT ITS A EMERGENCY COME TO LYRICS ROOM" I yelled once again.

A few short moments later K came through the door

"baby what's the emergency"a few milliseconds later I saw a look in her eye change.

Informing me that I no longer had to let her no what happened. She walked over to us and tried to comfort lyric and nothing worked

"I even tried Hugging her and that didn't even work" I said.

"Let's try singing to her" Kim exclaimed

"What song"

"Mothers prayer". She insisted

I smiled then responded "that's a good one"
I then wrapped my arms back around lyric then Kimberly wrapped her arms around both lyric and I. We made eye contact as we began to sing

When we finished I looked down at her and saw her head on my chest as her breathing began to slow down back to normal tears because less and less and she began to close her eyes indicating she was sleepy.

K carried her to her bed. After, I tucked her in and planted a kiss on her head before walking out with K hand in hand. Whew what a day
