after getting dressed into a blue jogger pant and a white vest,I tightened the shoe laces of my portable canvass, picked up my phone and my ear pod before walking out of my bedroom..

I make sure I cross check everything I wore very carefully as I flashed back to what happened the other day..

Steven: that stupid wench(I cursed under my breath)..

Today work out am doing it alone, I don't want to see that annoying Jeffrey face..
