The forest got smaller once more. I tried to stop it but by the time I did anything the forest was gone and so were all my friends. Somi came out of the desert sand where the lush trees once stood and raised his paw claws out.
“SOMI STOP! He woke from his slumber hearing footsteps
“Muchu is that you?” hoping his friend came back
“It's me and I found Somi. We're going to get you out.” Muchu said hoping to try this trick some other time if Somi ever got sloppy again
“Get out of the way, I'm coming down and Muchu is coming too.” he said making sure to avoid any traps the sly cat may have set
“I am NOT going down there i may have black paws but theres much more than dirt down there.” Muchu was willing to do most anything to not have to down there
“I’ll hold you then, (spoiled brat).” Somi was not compromising on this. Somi with Muchu in hand jumped down to grab Mare, luckily fox forms were much lighter than human. As they stepped out of the castle leaving Muchu behind little was said
“We have got to find a new place to get food.” Somi said well turning back to a kitsun
“I never did get anything to eat.” Mare said after hearing his stomach growl. Little did they know not even their own forest would be safe for long
