Chapter 1- you are the best thing that's ever been mine.

"THOMAS PARKER" I yelled picking up 3 pizza boxes and 2 cans of beer, all empty or with leftovers in. "What?" He murmured from upstairs. I walked up to his room and dropped everything on his head, "you may be my best friend, but you are a messy git" I said, he laughed, there was a rustling from under his duvet. A blonde girl appeared, "hey I'm Jody" she said, her mascara was smeared all down her face, she was only in her underwear, she quickly got out of the bed, and put a slutty red mini dress on and her high heels, "talk to you later baby" she said, he blew her a kiss, then she left, I stood there just watching, when she left the house, I sat down in Tom's bed after moving a few pairs of socks and boxers, "you slept with another girl tom tom?" I asked, "yeah, it was good" he said, "ew, I heard, to much info" I said, he laughed, "shh, how about we go out later, on a proper night out like we used to" I said, he grinned, "yes! Be ready for half 8" he said and got out of bed. i walked downstairs and into the kitchen, poured myself a glass of orange juice, and walked into the living room and sat down, I'm Scarlett, i'm 22, tom parker's room mate, and also his bestfriend, my mom and his mom are bestfriends so i've grew up with tom, because our families are so close, my mom, dad, and his mom and dad moved to new zealand and brought a huge house, tom had to stay here because he's part of a huge boyband called The Wanted, tom wanted me to stay with him so i did, we moved from bolton and brought a nice place in London, i go on tour with the lads and to be honest i absolutely love it, the lads can be a bit scruffy but i dont mind, i'm a bit shy, i'm only my true self infront of tom, any other time i go shy and i'm a bit of a wallflower, i've had one boyfriend called Jamie, but that ended badly a few years ago, i dont really like to talk about it, but yeah, he cheated so i left him, he came back and tom had an argument with him, then i've never spoke to him again. Me and tom are so close, i can talk to him about anything and everything, i just love him, he's an awesome lad.

"Scarlett?" tom said, i could hear him walking down the stairs, "yes thomas?" i said, he walked into the living room and stood infront of me, blocking my view of the TV, "come with me..." he said, "no tom, i cannot move" i said sprawling myself across the sofa, "right thats it!" he said, he lifted me up and tipped me over his shoulder, "NOO, TOM PUT ME DOWN NOW!" i said, he just laughed and ran upstairs with me still over his shoulder. he walked into his room and dropped me on his bed, "what!?" i said, he laughed and threw me his phone, "what do you want me to do with it?" i said, "jody, Katy, Millie and Kaylie have all just texted me asking to meet up, to be honest, i do not want to meet up with any of them, i need you to text them saying it's the wrong number" he said sitting down next to me, "and why can't you do it?" i said, "because i dont want to do it and you know how much of a terrible liar i am, i clicked call and click group call and added all the girls that tom had slept with over the past 4 days, "hi, i had numerous texts from you, if you are looking for tom you have the wrong number quite frankly i do not know anyone called tom, please stop texting" i said it in my posh accent then hung up. "thanks" he said kissing my forehead and going into the bathroom, i just got up and walked into my room, i opened up my laptop and logged onto twitter, one of Nathan's tweets were at top of my timeline, i decided to tweet something.

i clicked tweet and then i clicked on my mentions and loads of tweets came up:

I just laughed and logged out, i texted max:

me: maximillian see you later then ;) it seems like forever since i saw you :( we gon get druuuunk ;)xxxx

max: scarlett, yes you will see me later, what time tho, and i know, missed you babe:(xxxxx

me: about 8pm i think, well that's what tom said, just be round here at 8, need my max hug :(xxxxx

Max: okay! and you will get one,but for now *virtual hug* ;)xxxxxxx

me: *virtual hug back* ;) see you in 5 hours :D xxxxxxx

i put my phone on my desk and went back downstairs, to find tom lying on the sofa in a pair of grey converse tracksuit bottoms and no top, this is not unusual, especially when you have been on tour with 5 lads for 3 months, it just doesnt phase me anymore, "i've just been talking to max" i said, "who? your fwb?" he laughed, "no! shut up!" i said, kicking him in the leg, he just laughed, "come on, you guys know that you both like each other, and he flirts with you all the time, just ask him out!" he said, "no we don't, Thomas, shut up" i said burying my head into the pale blue and white striped cushion on the sofa, "i told you! you do! Scarlett and Max sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g" he said, i threw the cushion at him, "so immature parker" i said, walking upstairs, truth is, i did like max, alot...
