It was the early hours in the morning as a fourteen year old Harry Potter walked into the kitchen at grimmauld place

it was the home that he had grown up in with his parents and sisters as well as his fathers best friend sirius black and Remus lupin, it was a big house but they always seemed to get on top of each other

"are you ready for the game" an excited James potter asked his only son, Harry looked to his father and rolled his eyes

"its four in the morning"

"yes indeed and we are meeting the weasleys in half an hour, where are your sisters" James asked

"sleeping, snoring like their father" Lily potter said as she didn't look up from the book that she was reading

"I'll go wake them shall I" James asked as Lily looked to her husband and smiled as she kissed her husbands cheek

"I'll go, you get some food going, you know what she'll be like" Lily said as James looked to her and nodded.

They both knew how hard it had been, they had spent their time raising their kids and living with Sirius so in case the dark lord came back that they were looking over their shoulders but James knew how hard it was and he worried for his only son knowing how lord Voldemort could return and try and kill his son

Lily potter walked into her oldest daughter bedroom and looked to her, she looked to her red hair that was up in a messy bun as she sat on the bed and placed a hand on her cheek

"skylar" Lily said as skylar rolled over and groaned

"come on, your dad is making some food and we're going to meet the Weasley's soon. Nellie is up amd your brother is awake and ready" Lily said as skylar groaned, the fifteen year old witch sat up and smiled as she looked to her mother and smiled

"why does he drag me to this, he is so certain to get me into quidditch" skylar said as Lily looked to her daughter and smiled

"I know but it's fun, it's some family bonding coke on, or you'll be late" Lily said as skylar nodded

"besides your back to hogwarts next week and we won't see you until Christmas and your mother would like for you to write more and be nicer to your brother" Lily said as she placed a hand on her cheek and smiled

"I'll try. But he is annoying"

"so is your father and Sirius playing pranks on me when you go to school" Lily said as skylar chuckled

"you have Nellie still"

"I do but she helps them" Lily siad as skylar sighed

Skylar got to the World Cup and walked into the tent with hermione and Ginny

"sirius will be here soon and then the real fun can begin" James said as skylar sat down as she looked to her father

"you know he lives with us, he goes away for work for a few months and your lost, you would think he's the one you were in love with and not mum" skylar said as Harry chuckled

"she does have a point dad besides I thought this was over us. Family time and we're Nellie" Harry asked as skylar rolled her eyes
