Spring break! Ok so right now I am singing "everybody dance now." Our class didn't have to make up the snow days and we had good Friday off. So Thursday was basically our weekend. It just so happened that my homeroom teacher's birthday was on Thursday. Her name is Mrs. Lynne. Her daughter, Clementine, is also on the same day. She was always saying that her daughter was the only one who actually had the birthday because it was always about her, so we thought it would be nice if we surprised her you know like a little surprise party. You would like that too. Wouldn't you? So in history basically all we we're doing was making masks for a play that we're doing for our readers theater type thing. So our class came up with a little celebration for her and me being the tallest in most of the hanging. So our Science teacher came in and distracted her while we hung the decorations and balloons and everything like that. It was so much fun we had like three minutes to do it also with all the 14 students I mean it wasn't overly chaotic but we had enough people to be able to finish in three minutes. I kind a like a little class, I mean after all it is a private school. So then our vice principal, Kristin, kept telling us that we had three minutes, two minutes, and went down to the last 30 seconds. Then we all turned off the lights, and straight back to our seats. Then when she open the door we all scream surprise!
After that we asked Mrs. Lynne what she thought and she had heard all the running in her room and she just simply said, "A little bit irritated.". Then our class broke out in laughter. 😂. Then we went on making masks. Then, in fourth period, we played a science debate game, which was not fun at all because my second worst fear is speaking in front of people. Ugg... So much fun right? I was by myself twice. Then to make it even worse everybody at the end of the game started clapping for me for my "bravery." I Mean...what the heck. Anywho, then we had lunch, then we play volleyball for P.E. Then it was straight to another fun time in writing! The only boring part of Thursday was language arts. Yeah, Latin's not my thing but it's the only thing they offer so whateves. So overall Thursday who is so much fun. Enjoy your spring break! Toodles.
