Adam: Alright, So I'll be to first to admit that I actually like Cody's heel character. Like it's really, really good to see a now a Co-General Manager being a massive prick. And it showed because right now he might be honestly, "The biggest draw in pro wrestling right now". He draws in crowd in SCW and RPW because people want to see Cody haves his ass handed to him and in MPW because he for some reason a face although he probably a Tweener thanks to the Extreme Artist almost killing Wade Barrett at Cyber Sunday. So far he has 7 championship reigns so why not let's do this. I'm Adam hailing from PartsFunKnown and here are all of Cody title reigns ranked from worse to best.
Number #7: ICW World Heavyweight championship.
Adam: This one was pretty obvious because he wasn't done anything with the F##king belt. Like I get it he is wanted for ICW's first show before he goes around defending it in other promotions. But it's most likely a dead brand before it could even get off the ground. There are rumors that he is changing into a personal championship for SCW until ICW starts doing shows. But until then it's just a prop.
Number #6: MPW Mega Championship reign #1
Adam: The person with the most Mega Championship reigns in MPW history holding the belt for a total of 3 times and the only got it right once and don't worry he will get to that. So at SCW Super Showcase he beat Colt Jacobs on the pre-show to win the belt. He then beat Bronson Reed at Royal Battle before losing it to MJF on the go-home show to Overdrive which made fan and wrestlers backstage, really pissed. Cody threatened to walk out of the company because everyone wanted Cody vs Colt 2 but MJF ruined it all, and now he is fired from MPW, SCW, and possibly RPW but Victor hasn't made a statement on it.
Number #5: MPW Tag Team Championships
Adam: As an apology to Cody losing the MPW Mega Championship, Cody was given the MPW Tag Team championship with friends Nathan Orton while Ace got the United States championship. Like it's fine but people see Cody as the leader of his whole group. Why you didn't give him the US title? Anyways Nightmare-KO which is whatever wanted to call this sub-group, won the titles from FTR at Overdrive. They went to defend the belts against The Good Brothers and Imperium in a Triple Threat tag match at No escape, Another Triple Threat against FTR, and the Mysterios at Over the Limit before Nathan backstabbed Cody for no reason on a random. A$$ episode of Overload. Jesus Christ.
Number #4: MPW Mega Championship reign #2
Adam: It's is another example of Cody Johnson being the biggest draw in pro wrestling. MPW gave Cody a second run with the Mega Championship and then didn't really have plans for him. He beat both Keku Blake and Colt Jacobs in a triple threat at 2022's Cyber Sunday and beat Keku again at Royal Battle year before losing the belt to Bruan Strowman on the draft. Like This is the exact same as the first reign. The reason this ranked higher on the list is that while they match didn't have much variety, the were definitely really good quality. Speaking off.
Number #3: MPW Intercontinental championship
Adam: At School Brawl MPW gave Cody the Intercontinental championship. Cody said f##k it and just ran with it. Put on match of the night with matches against Santos Escobar, Will Osprey, and Keku Blake on Overload. And those matches didn't have the belt on the line. The match with the belt of the line where top notch even though there were only 2. He defeated Nathan Orton at Implosion and then did the deed for his friend Keku Blake at Halloween Havoc. What a man.
Number #2: SCW Internet championship.
Adam: The kick starter to Cody's reboot that he needed after leaving AEW. So Cody appeared on his Father figure's new promotion SCW on it's debut episode of Tuesday Night Reload after being defeated by Kenny Omega at Revolution. Many people expect him to retire after a 16 year career by giving the SCW Internet championship to a young member of the roster. But he didn't as he gave title to himself. He then went on to have two fantastic matches with Wyatt Danger, before starting his feud with Victor Garica I'm which they still haven't had an official match against each other. Anyways he then faced Stone Cold Steve Austin at Super Showcase, then Ethan Bourne on RPW. And that's it so far because the reign is still going on. But it's not the best reign, because that would be.
Number #1: MPW Mega Championship reign #3
Adam: Now this is how you do a Cody Johnson title reign. Have win the title in a way that Cody Johnson can pull off without a hinch. Then have him defeat a ton of big names to insert him as a threat. So he cashed in his Bank Heist briefcase at Overdrive. Then he when to beat, Victor Garcia at No Escape, Bruan
Strowman and Victor Garcia at Over the Limit. He reignited his old rivalry Stone Cold Steve Austin at The great American Bash. He beat Chris Shadows at Prize Money which might've been the worst match of the reign but the match was still really good. And then Cody then pulled the rookie Alex Johnson to an amazing match before ended his. And if his next reigns are anywhere or near the quality as this one, I can't wait to for him for the next time he wins a world title.Outro
Adam: And that's our list. Let us know your favorite Cody Johnson title reign on the comments down and until next time, Jam that Jam.
