Harley
I was at my locker, talking with Fantasy.
"You're pretty quiet today."
"Believe me, internally I'm screaming. My mom grounded me."
"Grounded you? Why?"
"It looks like, spending the whole weekend with your brother and not telling anybody was not the best idea."
"You spent the whole weekend with him? So, are you a couple now?"
"God, no! We agreed to try it my way. We only have fun."
"He wants more, I hope you know that."
"Yes, I know. And I don't want to hurt him, but I like to have fun with him. Don't worry. In 6 months, he'll graduate, he'll go to college and he'll forget about me."
Lance
Chaos tried to sleep in class, but I didn't let him.
"What's up dude?"
"Long weekend. That girls has stamina, for sure."
"So Harley stayed the weekend?"
"You bet, she did!"
"So... are you two together now?"
"No. She wants an open relationship. I told her, that I want more, but she doesn't want me like that. Only fun."
F*ck. He really loves her. And that means, that I have to stay away from her too. And I can never let him know, that I banged her too. I don't want to hurt him. He's my best friend. I just never thought, that he'd catch feelings for somebody. This is a disaster. She'll just hurt him. She'll break his heart.
Harley
Two months passed. We were back from winter break. Fantasy was waiting for me in front of the school.
"And how was your winter break?"
"Awful. We spent the holidays with the tribe. No wolves at my age. Aunt Kateri's kids are under 10. And Conor was crying every day, because he missed her best friend, Lilith.
It was horrible!"
I saw Chaos and Lance, and waved to them.
"Chaos. I missed you, baby. Come here."
"I missed you too, Harley."
I kissed him.
Fantasy
"I'm still here, you know." - I grunted, but they didn't hear me.
"We should do something." - Lance said.
"What are you talking about?"
"Look. I know, that Harley is your friend. But Chaos is your brother. And my best friend. You saw, how he was the last two weeks. He was just moping around, waiting for Harley's call."
"Yes, it was heartbreaking. But what can we do? And it's only 4 months and you'll graduate. You'll go to university and he'll find a girl, who's good for him."
"We'll go to Philadelphia. It's only 2 hours by car. So I'm afraid, she'll come there every weekend."
"But what can we do? He loves her. He'll never forgive us, if we manage to separate them."
"She's only hurting him."
Harley and Chaos left, I assumed to skip school.
"And if he'll continue skipping school, he won't graduate this year."
"Do you have a plan?"
"Not yet. But I'll think about it."
"Okay. I'm in."
"You could check Harley's fantasies. Find out, what she wants.
"I don't want to see my brother naked again!"
"She's a b*tch. I'm pretty sure, she's dreaming about other guys too."
I tried to concentrate, but accidentally I saw Lance's mind.
"You slept with her!"
"She's not the first girl, that Chaos and I shared."
"You're disgusting! I will never date!"
"Wait until you're older."
Loona
It was late, when Ezhno arrived home.
"Where are the kids?"
"Paytah and Mitexi are studying at friends. Harley is with her friend, Fantasy. And Conor has sleepover at Lilith's."
"So, we've got the whole house just for ourselves?"
"What's on your mind?"
"Another kid?"
"No way! Four is enough. Especially, that you can't control Harley at all."
"They grow up so fast... Next year, Paytah and Mitexi will go to college. Wouldn't it be wonderful to have a little baby again?"
I rolled my eyes. If Harley will continue this, we'll be grandparents soon.
"Please! I want another kid. I promise, we can stop after that."
"I have to think it over. Let's just practice until then."
"I love you, little wolf."
"And I love you."
Harley
2 months passed. I was talking to Fantasy, when a guy came up to me.
"Hello, Harley... Would you like to go to the prom with me?"
"Sorry, but freshmen can't go to the prom."
"Oh, I didn't know that."
He left, but a second later, another guy came.
"Hello, Harley. Would you be my prom date?"
"No. I'm a freshman, I'm not allowed to go to the prom."
He left too.
"We really can't go to the prom?"
"Really. Let me say, it's quite annoying."
Chaos appeared behind me.
"What's annoying, love?"
"When you give me stupid nicknames."
"Sorry. I missed you." - He said, and kissed me.
"It was full moon, you know."
"I still missed you."
"And I'll throw up." - Fantasy added, and left.
"Come with me to the prom, Harley."
"Freshmen can't go."
"Then I won't go either. We'll have an after-prom party."
"Your place? Now?"
"Can't go. I have 2 tests today. Janitor's closet in lunch break?"
"I can't wait."
Chaos
I went to class with Lance.
"I asked Harley to the prom."
"And? I bet, she turned you down."
"Freshmen can't come. So we'll have an after-prom party."
"Chaos, you have to move on. She doesn't love you. You're not together. She doesn't even want a relationship. She's just sleeping around. Soon, we'll graduate and you won't see her."
"I'll figure out something. I know, you don't understand. You'll, when you'll find the one."
"More than a half year passed and she still doesn't want to be with you. Let's face reality. You'll never be a couple."
Harley
At class, Fantasy gave me a dirty look.
"What?"
"Would you stop hurting my brother?"
"What are you talking about? I was honest from day one. It's not my fault, that he fell for me."
"But it's your fault, that you keep up this... thing with him. You don't see, how miserable is he without you. But I do."
"Okay, I can't help that. He just really knows, what to do. He's the best.
"I don't want to hear that."
"Then don't ask."
"And, what will you do, when he leaves for college?"
"I don't know, I haven't thought about that yet."
