a BIG change

POV: C/N 

Once the ambulance took y/n's parents she looked exhausted. My mom grabbed her little brother from her arms and she screamed. I ran and held Y/n, 

"It's okay, we got him and your parents are safe going to the hospital" I told her in attempt to calm her down. I'm not sure she really understand what I said but y/n let my mom take their brother. As I held onto her, slowly she started falling asleep, I picked her up and started walking home her sleeping body looked peaceful in my arms. My eyes were entranced with her beautiful h/c hair and the way strains fall to the side against her face. I'm not sure she realized but I had a massive crush on y/n since the 3rd grade, (your in 7th now).  

Once my family and I reached the our two story house, my mom explained that y/n & her brother could sleep in the guest room upstairs. 
" I don't want her to be scared if she wakes up and doesn't know where her brother is. I'm going to the hospital to check on their parents and call the other siblings, okay? Can you take her up to the room." my mom was right on all this. Surprisingly y/n was quick light and my brother took B/N. 

-- time skip to morning --- 

Pov: Y/n 

Your parents didn't make it I'm sorry, There was nothing we could do,  It's all your fault ,       What will you tell your siblings,  you'll have to explain everything  

I woke in a cold sweat my arms shaking, I felt my breaths becoming rigid as the thoughts circled my mind. Wait? where am I? Is this all real? Once my arm hurt from being pinched I knew this was finally reality. Relief flooded through me when I noticed my brother was laying peacefully to the side. As I checked my phone 6:00AM It read, well I'll head downstairs for some water. By the quiet sounds, nobody was up yet. Once I found the cups and water, I sat thinking on the stools in the kitchen island. Taking in my surroundings it was a two story, simple and nice house with looks of sports and toddler toys and there was many shoes at the front. My guessing it looked like c/n's house from our past facetime calls. I heard footsteps behind me so I turn around and blush bright red, c/n just got up with sleepy eyes, messy hair, and the cutest pair of pjs. Cutteee

As c/n rubbed his eyes he said, " Something wrong y/n, why are you up so early?"
The fact he was concerned made my heart melt, but maybe he only was concerned cause he witnessed me breaking down in a mess. Yup, that's probably it.  I totally forgot to answer,

" Um, idk I feel weird and nervous but thank you and your family for helping me."

it was true, i was really grateful for all the help last night, plus they gave me a place to stay. One problem, It's sunday and schools starts tomorrow. 

"If your wondering about your parents my mom checked in with them and said their doing okay but your dad has to stay in the hospital for a month and ur mom needs to be with him daily. Also your older brother and sister know,"

Now this snaped me out of my trance.  I almost started crying my dad was in the hospital for a month! How and what's gonna happen to the rest of us. I was gonna call my mom right now.

"MOM! FINALLY! Okay so dad's in the hospital where are is B/n, other b/n and my sister and me staying for a month, since you HAVE to stay with dad?"

I was really nervous for my dad we had a close bond too. 

"Sweetie, your aunt is going to take care of your little brother and sister while your other brother will stay with (brother's best friend's Name) and I still need to find someone for you. All your friends live far away to take you to S/n practice & school. Hmmm..." 

I heard c/n's mom tell me, I was welcome to stay with them.

"Mom did you hear that?"             

" Yes! I think it's a lovely idea as long as they have room & time."
When I turned around to face them cm/n told me of course. Secretly I was really excited at the same time nervous. I saw my little brother walk down the stairs,  I walked over to him and picked him up and kissing his forehead. Something he always loved in the mornings. " Is there pancakes for breakfast?" He asked me. 

"Oh b/n, I don't think so, this isn't our house but you can ask."

I put him down and he walked over to c/n,

" Can we have pancakes please??" my little brother loved pancakes so he had large puppy dog eyes. He's adorable. 

POV: C/N 

Those little eyes were so cute, I knew we had pancake mix somewhere but I wasn't sure how to make them nor was my mother. When I turned back to my mom she nodded, approving my idea.

"We can make pancakes, little buddy, but I'm not sure anyone else knows how to make good ones."

His eyes light up, he did cute little dance, (wiggled his body and then went around in a circle around the small kitchen island)

"SISSY CAN" He kinda yelled

I looked up from him and at y/n she was blushing a lot and started mumbling
"He's right I can, though it's your house I wouldn't want to be a bother"

Her father is in the hospital and she's worries of being a bother, dam y/n why you have to be so sweet all the time. I mean this is one of the many things that make me fall for her.

"Oh sweetie no,your not a bother, if you can make pancakes do you mind making some for all of us?"
With that y/n looked surprised and grateful.

"Yes of course, it's the least I could do for you guys giving me a place and helping me!"

Once we showed her where all the stuff was she asked if we wanted chocolate chips in our pancakes. She started explaining that this is something she often does for her siblings during weekend mornings, while her eyes lit up as she starting telling the fun family memories. Her beautiful e/c eyes shining making me want to stare for hours.

--- 5mintues later ---

Everyone was up and were sitting around the table, patiently *some of us* waiting for the food.
I got up to help when I heard soft singing in the kitchen, hmm must be y/n. She was quietly singing if the world was ending, and holy cow she's good. There was 5 plates so far with pancakes and just h and mine left.

" cough, cough, hey do you need any help?" I asked
She jumped a little startled and then laughed at herself, her laugh was music to my ears.                   a/n: IM SO SORRY THAT WAS CRINGY BUT I HAD TOO! 

"OH Yea that'd be nice thank you" she said. 

POV: Y/n 

OMFG OMG HE JUST WALKED IN ON MY SINGING UGH DAMMIT Y/N 

I remained calm -I hope 

Honestly I was really interested how this next month will go and the things that can happen.
