HBC- Pool party

*you are part of the oceans 8 cast.
You are all good friends, but you don't really talk with Helena as much as you wish you did. Also, most of the cast had to fly out for the party so you will be staying at the house for some time* just some background for you)

Today your friends were having a pool party at Cate and Sandra's house. Of course you accepted the invitation without fully thinking about it. Now you had 2 hours to pick out a bathing suit to wear.

You decided on a plain black swimsuit. On top of the swimsuit you put on some Jean shorts and a black tank top.

You got into your car, driving to the house with music blasting.

Pulling into the driveway, cate pulled you into a hug " God I haven't seen you in ages y/n! I missed you!" You smile "I missed you too Cate." We walked inside. I said hi to Sandra And Sarah who were in the kitchen. The four of us talked as we made our way to the pool. 

Soon arrived Mindy and Rihanna.
Everyone was having fun while catching up. " sorry I'm a bit late." Said Helena as she sat on the opposite side of the picnic table. "Fashionably late as always." Cate joked. Everyone laughed a bit at the joke.

Anne was here.
Anne arrived lastly, taking everyone's attention suggesting they go in the pool.
Everyone does. the house has 2 pools, a bigger and a smaller. (They are on opposite sides so you can't really see the other when you are at one .)

As everyone strips to their bathing suit, you slip away hoping no one saw. Once everyone was in the pool, you walked back out to the deck, putting your feet in the other pool.

"Hey." A voice breaks you out of your thoughts.  "Oh hey, why aren't you with the others?"
"I could ask you the same thing." She says sitting next to you."

You look away, "did you forget a bathing suit?."  You laugh. "God no, I wish it was that." Without realizing you cover your stomach.

Her face drops when she realized what was happening. She grabs your hand. "You are beautiful you know." She stated, looking you straight in the eye. You shook your head. "Not as beautiful as you." You mutter under your breath hoping she didn't hear you, but she did.

You both just sat there for a couple minutes. "Why don't you ever talk to me?" She asked out of the blue. "I guess I just assumed you didn't want me to." I said with a shrug. She looked puzzled. "Why assume that?" You shook your head. "I don't know.." "it's actually quite the opposite." Now it was your turn to be puzzled.  "I thought you didn't like me...I was hoping one day you would just start talking to me. Hell! I don't even have your number." "True." You agreed. She chuckled,making eye contact. "Yeah..true." You were now lost in each other's eyes.

"Can I ask you a question? Would you be 100% honest?" You nodded, still looking into her eyes. "Do you trust me?" "Of course I do Helena."  She smiled. Slowly moving towards me. Our lips were only inches apart, she pulled back. A wave of confidence took over me, pulling her towards me in a swift movement. Her hands pulled my lower body closer to her.  We pulled away, our lungs begging for air. "Oh god. You don't know how long I've been wanting to do that." She said as we rested our foreheads together. You laughed, pulling her lips back to yours. She pulled your waist onto her lap, you straddling her. Slowly you pull away, she smirks and splashed you with water. You gasp, as the water came in contact with your skin. " you bitch!" You exclaim as she laughs. You splash her, making her gasp. " oh no you don't." Next thing you know she's trying to push you in the pool, but you don't let her. You grab her arm as you are falling, pulling her in with you. You laugh at the look on her face when she comes back to the surface. " I think we are even now." She shakes her head, " yeah yeah." She smiles innocently " close your eyes." You become confused, but do as she says. Then it hit your face, she had splashed you yet again. " oh it's on."
