December 2nd
[Part 1]
Jaxon Alongi just absolutely loves his girlfriend.
He wakes up thinking that, as he also yawns from his tiredness.
Today was December 2nd, the two year anniversary of when Jaxon had asked out Amelia. And he had something in mind for today.
He was going to propose to Amelia Finley. He was going to change her last name Finley to Alongi.
Amelia Alongi.
He sits up on his bed, looking over at the neat suit he had bought quite a while ago for any special event. He looked over more to the right to see the beautiful emerald dress that he had bought 3 days ago with Austin.
"Broooooo, what is UP Jax!" Austin says as he bursts through Jaxon's room. Jaxon only yawns for the reply and gets up from the bed.
"Hey, aren't you going to answer me?"
"Nope," Jaxon says, smiling, while searching for a T-shirt to put on.
Austin puts on a pout face, with his bottom lip butting out like a baby's. He crosses his arms and looks at Jaxon with a fake unamused expression. Jaxon continues to search for a T-shirt.
Austin stayed like that for not even 30 seconds when he unfolded his arms and sighed. He walks backwards through the doorway. Then he says,
"Last one to finish 5 waffles has to do laundry."
And runs off.
Jaxon gives up looking for a T-shirt and runs through the doorway and down the hall.
"Hey! Wait-"
"OH YEAH AND GRAB ME A T-SHIRT TOO!"
Jaxon stops running. Austin looks up from the waffle batter he was pouring into a cup and meets Jaxon's eyes.
"Yeah...no, forget about that."
[30 minutes later]
"Yeah, I think you won Jax," Austin murmurs with a gloomy expression.
"Hell yeah I did."
~~~
It was about 7:30 pm and Jaxon was waiting, pacing back and forth, for Amelia.
"Hey Jax, sit down," Austin said. He could tell that Jaxon was more nervous than usual. He suspected something was up.
"No, I'm fine, mhm mhm," Jaxon mumbles. He had been planning to tell Austin about what was planned for today but decided not to tell. Austin has a big mouth at times and could spoil.
Austin sighes, giving up. He knew Jax was not going to tell him.
As Austin leaves the room, Jax decides to sit down. His leg was bouncing up and down repeatedly and his heart was beating faster when the doorbell rang.
Ding Dong
Jax practically jumped up in his seat and ran to the door.
And when he opened the door, he spotted his soon to be wi---
"Babe? Are you alright?"
Jax refocuses his eyes onto Amelia, realizing that he had been plainly staring at her. Even though she had an extremely messy bun and a too over-sized hoodie that covered her shorts, she was hella beautiful.
"I-"
"YOU'RE WAY TOO BEAUUUUUTIFUL GIRRRRLLLLL," Austin yells from what Jaxon assumes his bedroom.
"Sean Kingston!"
Amelia laughs and he is magically enchanted at the sound of it. So lovely.
Amelia looks up to her boyfriend to see that he has a weird expression on his face. She's slightly worried, but didn't say anything.
"Well," She started, as she pushed up her glasses, "Let me get ready."
She gently smiled up at Jaxon, who gently smiled right back.
Jaxon was excited to show her the dress that Austin and he had picked out. They had spent a lot of time just for this day, even though Austin didn't even know what was in store for today.
They finally got to the door of Jax's bedroom and they stopped. Amelia looked up at Jaxon and Jaxon looked right back down at her.
"Ready? I hope you like it," Jaxon whispers.
"I'm ready," Amelia whispers back.
"Three."
"Two."
"One."
And Jax swings open his door.
He doesn't hear anything from Amelia so he looks down at her, but it turns out that she was covering her mouth, speechless.
"Do you, erm, do you-"
"Like it?" Amelia finishes. "Because if you're asking that, no, I don't like it."
Jaxon's expression drops.
Amelia giggles and says, "Oh baby, it's beautiful! I LOVE IT!"
Jaxon gets an automatic smiled and leans over to kiss Amelia's cheek.
"Now get ready," he says excitedly.
"Oh, I will."
And oh boy, Jaxon Alongi just couldn't wait.
Hey!
