My dad and brother were, unfortunately, dead because of a shooting we had a couple of months ago. We would've never thought of moving here. I sat there in shock. My mother was always a selfish bitch, and I was used to her narcissism but this, was on the next level.
Mom: Listen little bitch. Do you wanna die or live with endless money for the rest of your life. You have time till morning to decide.
She walked out of the door soon after getting a call. I can't believe it. Me out of all the people in our corporation. I needed to clear my head before bed.
I dressed in some casual sweats, grabbed my skateboard, and headed for a cup of coffee. I almost ran into my mother but I just scooted before her eyes. I sat down at the shop looking out the window until I saw a very familiar face.
