Silence fills the room.

Her husband, Damian, ate in silence.

Juliet stared at him, biting her lips. He never changed, he still looked just as hot and handsome as he was when they first met. Damian lives his head. Juliet widened her eyes and looked into her food as quickly as she could.

"Are you OK?"

Juliet blushed as Damian asked that question. But as he asked the question, she still wondered if she was ok..

Juliet took a deep stare at her food, trying to avoid eye contact.

Juliet watched as Ava sat down and dropped a coffee order right in front of her. Ava smiled unwillingly. Looking at the coffee cup, Juliet almost broke down, thinking of the type of life she doesn't want her child to live.

Ava sighed.

Looking at her best friend like this, is not how things were supposed to go. Just sitting here and looking at her friend suffer like this, does so much effect, the effect that Ava thought would never approach her body.

"So... What do you think you are going to do now?"

Juliet looked up. Mascara messed up underneath her eyeball, she swallowed her spit, trying so hard not to cry.

Juliet burst into tears. "I don't know, I just- i don't know anything. I don't know what to do." she said. A brunette in baggy clothes glanced in Juliet's direction. Concerned.

Fear gripped Ava as she stared at Juliet. Assuming that her friend would never return to the same state, she knew it would no longer be the same best friend she had for years.

The pain was too much for Ava to handle. She couldn't endure watching her friend suffer like this. It was a new experience, but it still would have happened eventually. After moving her seat to Juliet's side, Ava joined her in tears, knowing without hesitation that whatever pain Juliet felt, she was also feeling.

Juliette stared at the table while simultaneously noticing Ava's hand. Ava hugged and supported her friend while sitting on a seat and cried sorrowfully.

"She's shaking." Juliet thought.. at some point, that impacted her feelings even more. As warm hands wrapped around her, she was hurt to see Ava in the same pain, to see how much sacrifice Ava is making for her.

"Ava i'm sorry.." Juliet sobbed.

While in the coffee cafe, both women sobbed and cried.
