When Atsushi Nakaijma was kicked out of the orphange a suicidal man helped him and saved his life. From that part of the story, Atsushi started working in the ADA which stands for Armed Detective agency.
Not long ago their mostly peaceful days got interupted by a big problem that could set the world upside down. Because of that the Port mafia and the ADA will temporarily work with each other.
And people who haven't meet eachother will meet.
