Me, Addison, Basil, Sage and Pyralis where all running from the ones who where hunting us I was wearing my Axolotl Mask, Sage was wearing a deer mask, Pyra was wearing a Rabbit Mask, Basil was wearing a cat mask and Addi was wearing a Fox mask I felt a Arrow barely miss my arm my cloak getting torn from it my white clothes underneath getting revealed I soon heard a yelp from behind me ‘Sage!’ I thought turning around seeing her on the ground with an Arrow in her leg. I went over to her and picked her up. She looked up at me with tears in her eyes. I softly smiled trying to make her feel better. She soon closed her eyes and I gasped “S-Sage?” Addison, Basil and Pyralis looked over at us, tears soon pricking their eyes. I felt her breathing slow. I sat down And set her down. I felt the powers I gave to her return back to me “Sage?” I heard Pyra whimper coming over and she shook her trying to keep her awake “Sage!” I started to cry “Sage please don’t leave us” I softly pleaded trying to keep her awake and with us though I knew I wasn’t going to be able to keep the bringer of peace and nature alive I closed my eyes and put my hand on her chest over her heart and felt her stop breathing she was gone Pyralis let out a sob I held back my tears and Basil came over to Pyra and hugged her Addison came and hugged me and whispered in my ear “it’s not your fault you had to” he said I hugged him and started crying into his chest he rubbed my back it had been so long since I had cried only Addi had seen me cry I shook my head I was the oldest of the five of us sage was the youngest I was also the only other Adult along with Addi but I see the majority of them my children I kept crying this couldn’t be happening my grip tightened it hurt it hurt so much Addi sighed and picked me up he was slightly taller than me I mumbled “I killed her I killed my daughter” I heard him hush me
