1st POV; Katie
*RING! RING! RING*
'Ugh...Why do mornings exist?'
*RING! RING! RI-*
I slammed my hand down onto the phone.'Time to get up.'
I sat up on the bed with my feet dangling down off it. After a few minutes I finally stood up and walked over to the crusty mirror hanging on the wall.
The girl in the mirror had dark red hair that was a mess and her blue eyes didn't seem to say much better. It looked nothing like me. "Time to clean this-" I pointed at myself in the mirror, "up."
I got into the shower and brushed my hair, hating how long it was; Maybe I should cut it soon; and put it up into a high ponytail. I changed out of my P.J.s into a red shirt and a reddish pinkish jacket, then put on my shoes and my red-pink gloves and finally looked ready. (If you couldn't tell, I love the color red.)
"Ok Katie." I looked in the mirror, "Don't screw this up." And with that I left the seemingly abandoned building I called home.
3rd POV; Narrator
Silvermere Academy. The place where all students with magic go, or where any student can attend to learn more about magic. The academy takes children from 6 years old to 18 years old. A place where anyone with magic can co-exist in harmony and balance. This is where Katie finds she's going to.
1st POV; Katie
As I walked up to the school building I noticed about 7 auras and I looked around to see if I could spot at least one.A bright red-haired girl runs up to a brunette screaming, "Cathy!" while the brunette screams, "Shya!" and hug each other as they talk about things.
In a bush near-by, I could see two girls watching the girls with crazy grins. One had dark almost black hair with dark red fade and the other with light brown hair.
Outside the school doors, there was a little girl with very blonde hair, seeming scared to enter. A dirty blonde girl went up to her.
"You lost?"
"Yeah."
"That's OK! I'm Murran! I just turned 8!"
"I'm Ellenor but you can call me Elle. And that's cool! I'm almost 8. Just a couple more weeks!"They smiled at each other and walked into the building.
Through the nurses office window were two girls being lectured on what to do. One with strawberry blonde hair that seemed familiar and one with brown hair. "Are you sure you two can handle it?"
"Absolutely!" "Indubidebly!"
"Alright. Good luck girls."They smiled and the strawberry blonde put her hand out.
"Olivia Forest."'Oh that's why she seemed familiar. It's Liv.' I softly smiled as I thought about my best friend. 'I'll have to say hi later'.
The brunette smirked and shook her hand.
"Caroline White."There seemed to be more people than I thought once I got into the academy.
This is gonna be a lot harder to find them.
What do I mean when I say them? Well, I mean the owners of the powerful jewels called Crystems.
So far, I've only found two. Myself and my friend Olivia. We are the first two in the colors of the rainbow the Crystems make. Olivia's pink and I'm red. I found Olivia about 7 years ago when I was a little girl. That's right, 7 years!
I've looked in many schools for where they could potentially be. You see I'm the temporary guardian of the Crystems until the true guardian can take back over. Until then, I'm in charge of protecting and giving the Crystems accordingly.
I've never met the original guardian but from what I understand they are the nicest person but also the most powerful person in the universe.
Looking at this school, I'm getting scared about not finding them. But maybe, those 7 I noticed will help.
But even I know that sometimes that's not the case.
