It had been a few days since Nabi's day at the Nishimuras'. NiKi already missed her a lot even only after one day of being with her. He kept begging his mom for her to visit and accompany him again. Though his mom did agree, but as much as Nabi wanted to go, she just wasn't free enough to do so. Her shifts became busier and her school works just kept piling up, leaving her with no spare time.

NiKi's mother didn't like seeing her son all sad and upset because of the caregiver's inconvenience. She had an idea of giving Nabi's phone number to NiKi so he would be able to talk and communicate with her since she couldn't come over. The teenage boy was happy with the idea, and sent her a few messages immediately.

But then became all whiny and disappointed again when she wasn't responding. He was becoming impatient and his mom noticed that. " Riki why don't you try calling her? " she suggested, since she knows that Nabi picks up immediately when it's a phone call. He didn't think it would work but tried it anyways.

He waited for her to pick up and to his surprise she picked up, which made him all excited and giddy. " Hello? who's this? " she said on the other end. NiKi was smiling widely, happy to hear her voice again. " Noona! It's NiKi!! " he replied with a very joyful tone.

" Oh, hi NiKi~ " the two started having conversation about how much he missed Nabi. Apparently her current status was that she was working on a project with her friends, but were currently taking a break.

NiKi suggested for them to open cameras, she agreed and turned hers on. He spotted a pair of eyes peeking from beside Nabi, " Noona~ who's that beside you? " she chuckled and showed Jay who was sitting beside her, though Jay was a little flustered since he didn't expect Nabi to point the camera to him...

" this is Jay, or Jongseong " she introduced her friend to NiKi, he also realised it was the one who picked her up a few days ago. " Hewo Jay hyungiee~ " Jay found the teenage boy cute, Nabi already explained that he was an age regressor to avoid confusion. " Are you Noona's boyfriend? " the question startled Jay and a loud laugh was also heard in the background.

" JAKE QUIET MAN " the boy who was laughing stopped and went silent. " I'm her roomate and friend, NiKi " Jay answered with a small laugh to correct NiKi's assumption. Jake then snatched the phone from Jay and greeted the teenage boy.

" HEY NIKII " Jake waved continuously , " are you Noona's other friend? " the aussie nodded while NiKi giggled. " Hyung is very loud " you could hear laughing at the background, and it was towards Jake, who was scratching his nape.

" are they your friends who are to scared to watch horror movies? " Nabi laughed hysterically at her friends who look flustered and speechless.

The two continued to talk and talk, and NiKi, not wanting to hang up but had to eventually because Nabi, Jay, and Jake had to continue their project. NiKi also had to do other stuff, but as long as he got to talk with Nabi he was all good and happy.

A few more days have passed and NiKi and Nabi had been calling each other nearly twenty-four-seven. NiKi always asked when she would come over but she wasn't available. Though NiKi was pouting, little did he know that she would go to their house today.
