~~~ Previous Chapter ~~~
After another silence happened, he finally talked again, saying "Can you stop using the -san? It feels awkward since I keep calling you Tanaka only...". "Alright Fujiyama. Please take care of this class representative okay" I said laughing, not noticing the red tint on his ears that is hidden by his hair.
~~~

As usual, days after the sport festival are always the most suffocating days. The whole hallways at school are full of students studying diligently preparing for the exam week. Well, not all of them... As always Fujiyama focused on training Judo more than studying. 'I just need to make it barely, not too low, not too high, just so so' is what he said to me. Though sometimes he sits next to me when I'm studying to read my lesson's summary.

The weather is getting hotter everyday as summer approaches. Warm wind blowing from the library's window made this place way too comfortable to take a nap on. Book flipping, scribble noises, and the screeching sound from chairs getting dragged here and there were an enjoyment for me. "Come on, you need to study for exam week. Your art score was always good but the others were just below average" someone nagging on his friend. They sat on the same table as me, just on another side.

'This is no good, I can't study properly if it's this noisy' I said as I got up and picked up my books and notes. Somehow the noises from that nagging friend stopped when I walked away. "See, you made her uncomfortable with your nagging" I heard faintly from the other friend. I can sense the uneasiness from the nagging friend but just keep walking away.

"You've made all the lesson summary everyday so I know you will do well Tanaka!" Osako-sensei said as he gave me the exam paper. "Somehow it feels like you really hope I got the first rank on the exam sensei, but I really know there are more than enough smart students other than me" I said dejectedly. These past days all I do is studying, nothing else. It's not only because the goal here is to become the perfect MC, but it hurts my ego if someone already hoped but I can't fulfill it. In my previous life, I always got an average rank on the first year exams. Obviously it's because I tried to balance them all to the same level of stats and got the highest-well-balanced stats at the end.

"Now that's how I became the perfect MC-" "You became a what?" A soft voice suddenly cut off my thought. 'Sheet, did I just let out my inner thoughts?!' I thought while fake coughing. Ruka-kun probably saw my reddened cheeks out of embarrassment. "Your eyes were twinkling so I thought I might stare for a while, didn't know you have this habit of daydreaming in the middle of exam" He said, teasing me. "I didn't daydream about something. Also don't make it sound as if I daydream during the whole exam session, Osako-sensei just gave us the sheet" I straightened my sitting position.

"Okay everyone be quiet! The exam start from now!" Osako-sensei announced in a loud voice.

The bell signaling the school activities all ended just ringing. The hallway I'm in was so empty that the heat of summer freely went here and there. Today is the last day of exam week so I'm really tired. I just sat there in front of the shoe lockers and did nothing. I look over at the left bottom side of my eyes as I can see my stats. After reaching a pretty good rank, almost all my stats were at 70%, of course except the stress stats with it's 30% stats level.

Think about it, some of my classmates actually asked me to come with them to a new bookstore near the station. But I can't go with them as Osako-sensei suddenly burst in and said I have to help him with that day's lesson summary. It's funny seeing them bickering with the other side telling sensei to let me go and the other strictly said I have to fulfill my duty as class representative.

"Maybe I can go to that bookstore now since I have nothing to do" I stood up as I messaged my mom, telling her I'm gonna be a little bit late because I went to a bookstore. Actually it won't take that much time to say that I'm going to be late. The bookstore was really just beside the station, and I can go home by that station too. I walked out after changing from school shoes to outside shoes.

(Timeskip again brought by my long long hiatus)

The bookstore in front of me really is beyond my imagination. I thought it's gonna be a small-sized library, or at least a moderate library just for fun. But it's a huge building with many shelves full of books. The brown furniture made it as if I was in another country like Europe or some. 'Oh my... what a huge library...' I said while looking over from side to side. "Welcome, do you need my help to find the book you are interested in?" A girl with short green hair said to me. "A-ah right. Sorry, I was just amazed at how huge this bookstore is. Can you please show me the way to the psychology books section?" I smiled awkwardly as I'm kinda embarrassed.

She took me and walked away again after smiling faintly at me. Even if it's faint, the smile was really sincere as if it's for a close friend. Of course today is the first day we met. I took one book and walked over to one of the tables to read it. There are not many english books here but the ones in english usually are the most correct and updated ones. It reminds me of how my professor in my previous life always said that some sentences in English can't be fully translated correctly so the translation ones might give us the wrong meaning of what the writer intended.

A few minutes passed and I decided to bought the book I just read. But suddenly I heard a soft snoring from behind me. I looked behind and saw the head of someone with hair in the same shade of green with the girl from before. Just right near him a black-rimmed glasses placed on top of books. His back covered in a Habataki sweater going up and down as he breathes slowly.

'This green person looks familiar, so does the girl from before' I stare at his sleeping figure. There is a notebook filled with lessons and some scribbled words at the end, I assume it's when he starts nodding off. The yellowish sky snapped me out as it's getting late. I poked his back and called him "E-excuse me, but it's getting late".

He started to move a little bit and slowly opened his eyes. The green eyes made me realize something, the only people in Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side that have green hair and eyes naturally are Konno Tamao, our love interest and her older sister who appeared as the love rival of MC, Konno Tamami. His eyes finally open up fully as I stand still, flabbergasted at the fact I met him outside the planned scene of the game. 'I messed up the gameplay again...' I said with widened eyes.

He stands up and looking for his glasses frantically. 'He won't find it if he looking for it like that' I thought as I watched him keep going further from the pile of books where his glasses were placed. I took the glasses and gave it to him as I said "Here, you looking for your glasses right?".

"Ah thank you" he said but suddenly stopped moving after putting on his glasses. I tilted my head confused at his sudden frozen-like figure. "Are you okay?" I said again waving my hand in front of him.
