A/n: I wasn't sure of what you prefer of the characters pronouns, so I won't mention the characteristics/barely mention it to make it fit. Also: No beta read as usual, we die like the how people die when they're killed. Though good news is that I'll polish them soon when I have time to spare.
" You don't get it do you pal. Humanity, compassion, charity. These words paled in comparison of the embodiment what I saw. Soon my darling angel, these callous hands shall relearn the pretty words bundled together. Even if I have to shatter that image of me to you." -Isobel "Seth" Von Karma
On the way home, I spotted a boutique the glass pane give view of the wide array of clothing, ' Boutique cœur'. Sounds like a cheesy name for a nouveau riche trap, fitting. Though, ironically I entered the shop. They weren't too keen on me as a customer
It brings me pure, aching, joy to my heart that it's almost here. Wondering, dreaming of what (name) look like by now. That flowing locks of theirs, pure white robe. Surely it is a robe fit for one who embodies peace itself. Having one of the staff assist me in picking out the outfits needed for the wedding.
"um, Sir?" I didn't mind the honorific she use.
"Yes?" I answered. "Who is this for?" She showed me the clothing sample that (Y/n) would like. "For someone I love." Did not hesitate on that part, "When will the long table be prepared for the day?" She looks happy at least, wish I could say the same for- oh, what am I talking about? Of course (y/n) will be happy with me!
"The plan was suppose to be sooner in probably nine months from today."
"Isn't that a little too short to plan at least everything?" Shet, she's right.
Not on the same context after all, getting the things ready by yourself is hard even with the money I earn daily as a grave keeper, and funeral service provider.
"No, not really. An acquaintance and friend of mine are helping me with the planning along with my beloved."
"Is there anything specific you wanted, sir?" I look over at the new set of clothes being presented. Each woven with care, now I understand why certain people take time to pick clothes.
A while has passed since I picked out clothes and made a commission to make it, I arrived at the cashier, the same girl helps me pay for everything.
"Don't you have any co-workers to help?" I asked. She shook her head no, "my manager Otogi Karasuma hasn't been showing up lately, but please don't worry, I'll get your commission to get ready within the next couple of months before the wedding." She reassures.
The other night
"Remember your assignment, no slacking off." The voice of the she-man reminded me.
"What ever General, as long you up hold your end of the bargain." I gained a glare from the small child hiding behind the long haired authoritative figure."Von Karma, I would rather appreciate if you would hold back your-." I threw my sickle at her, which she effortlessly caught.
"Mama!" Cried the child who was about to come over to me, I could see the anger in those cold amber eyes of his. She grabbed him by the nape like a lion picking up their cub. She let go once I tugged on the chain to bring it back to my hand.
"Once again, I do not tolerate inconveniences nor hostilities between us. Most especially when the pact specifies your punishment. " She sighed, her short black hair swayed, her hands shows the red demonic claws under her cloak. It's making my graphed arm twitched.
