I thought I would end this story with 4 parts, but seems like I just can't end it like that. I got myself at edge here.
I'm a little stressed with school, but I hope that this part will please you all ^-^

The boys turned to the voice and what met them shocked them.
It was (Y/n), but something told them that it wasn't her.
"Who are you?" Jungkook asked.
"Oh, I'm so sorry. Where are my manners... My name is Nari" The girl said and gave a small bow to the boys.
"Nari? You look like our friend (Y/n)" Namjoon said.
"I know I do. I'm (Y/n)'s twin sister" Nari said with a sad smile.
"(Y/n)'s twin sister? I don't recall (Y/n) having a twin" Yoongi said.
"I know that you don't remember me, but I think the picture says more than you remember" Nari said and pointed to the picture in Namjoon's hand.
"When that picture was taken, you guys had just arrived to the hospital and you have only seen me and (Y/n) that day together. The day after that day, (Y/n) got so sick that she needed a donor in order to survive." Nari said and looked around on the guys.
"What? but aren't the memories that we got, with (Y/n)?" Jimin asked.
"Yes they are" Nari said and smiled sad.
"But if you say that she got really sick, then how?" Namjoon asked.
"Because she got a donor... Me... I donated myself to save my sister from death, but the consequences was heavy" Nari look down.
"How heavy" Jin asked slowly.
"In order for (Y/n) to survive, she would need a new heart and I plead the doctors to take mine" Nari said.
Nari's words left the boys heavy hearted. They could not believe that Nari sacrificed her own life for (Y/n).
"I also knew that I was sick, but I never told it and plead the doctor to keep it from (Y/n) and you guys... My sickness could not be cured and it would leave me to suffer slowly, so the doctor asked me if I really wanted it and of course I thought it trough.. It was the best... to let (Y/n) live a long happy life with you guys, rather than me living and suffer by my illness and alone" Nari said.
"You wouldn't be alone, Nari! You would havehad us!" Hoseok said making everyone look at him.
"But you see, Hobi... I would still suffer from my sickness and (Y/n) was my everything back then. Without her I would have lost my soulmate, my light, my reason to live and I didn't know you. (Y/n) was the outgoing person and could always make friends, Where I am not." Nari said, tears forming in her eyes.
The boys didn't know what to say. The silent went on for some minutes.
"Wait. What happen to you after you then died? Did you stay by (Y/n) side" Jin asked and looked at Nari.
"I only stayed by (Y/n) side for 1 year and when I saw how happy she was with you guys, then I left. If I had just known that Mi-young came back after I left, I would have stayed" Nari said, while looking at Jin.
"So you knew that Mi-young was your mothers sister?" Jimin asked.
"I first knew it when I died and left (Y/n)" Nari said.
