"Surprise" as we said, the confetti blasts at Levi's place and we all sing 'happy birthday' with joy, all I see is Levi smiling.
"There he is smiling, Mikasa!!!!! Grab the Camera!!!!" as hange said shouting, as Levi looked at him with his death stare rolling his eyes.
"Thank you Y/N" as Levi said pulling me into a hug as we enjoyed all the foods I have prepared, they are all happy for what I have cooked. I then went to the kitchen when Erwin followed me and closed the door.
"You still don't want to go back to work?" as Erwin said as he sits on the counter, I then shakes my hand and licks the cheese on my fingers as I check the turkey.
"I'll go back, once this little kiddo went out of my tummy" as I said happily rubbing my stomach, as Erwin went closer to me and leans on my tummy.
"Yeah, you need to come out so that your mom would go back to work again" as Erwin said rubbing my tummy as I stared at him being soft, when Levi opens the door and saw us.
"Levi" as Erwin said as he stands up, Levi then nods as Erwin left the kitchen I then just smiled at him as Levi leans on the kitchen counter.
"What did he say" as he said still staring at me, I then just puts out the turkey and puts in front of Levi.
"He really wants me to go back to work, but I refuse because of I am bringing a baby in my tummy Levi" as I said as Levi then helped me with chopping the turkey.
"It's up to you as long as my baby and my wife would be safe" as he said smiling at me as he chopped the turkey and put it on the plate.
"Still worrying about the baby, my tummy is not growing even though it's 1 month old" as I said, Levi then puts down his knife and raises my chin.
"It's okay maybe it's just a late bloomer, I'll be the one who will accompany you at the hospital tomorrow okay?" as he said kissing my forehead, We then went out of the kitchen and saw our friends at the long table chit chatting and laughing to each other.
"I would like to make a toast to My Levi Ackerman, for bringing me happiness in this world" as I said raising a toast for him as they cheers their glasses into each other and gives him a round of applause.
"Happy Birthday My Ackerman" as I said, he then kisses my lips as my friends go wild as they saw me and Levi kissing like there's no tomorrow.
