Time skip to their last year of middle school.
Each sibling is a year apart but Tenko failed his last year of middle school so he was held back and Izumi excelled in her first year of middle school so she skipped a year, making all three siblings in the same class.
This middle school isn't the same one as in the anime so Izuku isn't bullied for being "quirkless".
Shouta also works at this middle school as the P.E. teacher right now.

Izukus pov-
It was the last couple of days of middle school and I was excited to finally graduate at leave this school. It was the last class of the day, my favorite, P.E.
I walked into the locker room with Tenko to get changed for class. I took off my shirt forgetting about all my scars from all the fights I've been in. I've always been good at hiding it but today I was so excited that I forgot to change in the stalls. I heard a few gasps behind me so I quickly changed and rushes into the gym.
I was the first one out so I smiled at uncle Sho and started stretching while waiting for everyone else in class to finish. Everyone was finally finished ten minutes later so uncle started class. We did our normal, separate into pairs and practice hand to hand combat while uncle walks around observing and correcting our mistakes.
I rush over to Izumi to ask if she wanted to spar but she already had a partner so I go over to Tenko. He agrees to spar with me because nobody else will do it since they were all scared of his quirk, which made no sense because this is quirkless hand to hand combat practice, but oh well.
I get into my fighting stance and Tenko does the same. We both stand there waiting for the other to make the first move. Tenko finally does by rushing forward with a left hook. I quickly grab his arm and use the momentum from the failed hit to flip Tenko over my shoulder, resulting in him being sprawled across the mat, out of breath.
I giggle and hold out a hand to help him up. He takes it and pulls me to the ground with him. I giggle as he chuckles but then I hear very quiet footsteps heading our way quickly. I know uncle is trying to surprise attack us but it doesn't work that well.
When he gets close enough I quickly jump up and sweep my legs underneath him. He tries to jump over but he was a second to late and I manage to trip him. He lands flat on his face and I hear a loud crack. I quickly start panicking as uncle sits up but sigh and giggle when I see the huge grin on uncle's face, even though he has a broken nose.
I look around and notice everyone was staring at me with wide eyes. I quickly look down at the ground as some of those stares were turning into furious glares. I hear uncle chuckle so I look up at him and see he's holding his hand out to me. I take it and stand up turning around to help Tenko up.
After that class is over and we all head back to the locker rooms to change. Tenko follows me and smiles when I look at him. "Good job little bro!! You managed to trip him, that's better than anyone's ever been able to do!!" I just giggle at Tenkos antics.
After changing uncle holds the three of us back, telling everyone that he needed to speak with us. After everyone left I quickly hugged uncle. "I'm so sorry for hurting you uncle Sho!! I didn't mean to... I honestly thought that you would have jumped over my legs..." Uncle just chuckles and hugs back, ruffling my hair. "It's okay Izuku, I'm proud of you! Not even a full time villain has been able to do that before! Especially when I'm sneaking up on them from behind." I just sigh, glad that uncle wasn't mad at me.
And that's how the rest of middle school went.
