Waking into Battle part 3

While looking over the trooper I can see his leg is exposed and is badly bleeding.
I quickly apply large bandaging and apply pressure for several minutes to help stop the bleeding.

"Is this necessary to put so much pressure?"

"It is if I'm going to get the bleeding to stop," I say sarcastically "stop whining "

"Are all Jedi like you, rude and unreasonable? "

I look over at him.
"Stop with the name-calling and I would hope not. One of me is enough"

The troop laughs hard until he starts coughing.

"Hey take it easy now. If I knew my sarcasm was lethal I would have not said it."

The troop looks at me. "I'm TK -4413"

"Is that what the first order assigned you, do you have a nickname or something "

He nods. "My Italian call me Doni, what is your name?"

Just as I was about to say it a throbbed sensation hit me. I held my hand to my head.

He puts his hand on my shoulder" I'm sorry did I cause you some trouble"

I shake my head no.
"It's just I came here recently and it's overwhelming me. But my name is Rave."

"What's your last name?"

Just then my companion lulu pokes his head out and squeaks loudly.

Shocked the trooper jolts backward.
"What is that"

"He's my companion. His name is Lulu"

"What is that creature"

I jester looking at him
"Well he was a bird and now I'm not sure, so I guess he's a Lulu. Also, why are u out here alone and hurt.?

"My team was fighting the Resistance and the walker fell. My teammates ran the out camp to get help."

"Why would they leave you like that?"

"They didn't leave me, they left the walker. Stormtroopers are replaceable"

His words stung more than I thought they should have.

"Life is not replaceable"

The trooper squeezes my shoulder to reassure me. "That's the life as a stormtrooper"

I finish patching up the wound and covering it but as I get up and start walking back to the forest the troop grabs my hand.
"Where are you going"

"I'm going to the forest to get you a splint and a crutch so you can walk."
