Way to Go Superstar (Glamrock Freddy x Reader)

Rebuilding

I woke up to the sound of my cat knocking over a glass on my counter, I look over at the clock at 9:00 am on the dot. I get up and grab some of the leftover pizza from last night and go sit on my couch. I remember that Freddy is coming today along with a few more parts, I can finally get started on his rebuild and rewiring

I wait a couple of hours for the boxes to show up, the delivery driver hauls the box and knocks on the door. "I'm going to need you to sign for this big of a package. Especially since the total for this is more than what I get paid in 3 years" He says laughing handing me a pen and a tablet to sign. I sign off and drag the box inside, "Damn, this is heavier than my trauma." I said laughing to myself as I drag the box into my small apartment.

I get a knife from the kitchen and cut the big box open, Freddy is laying there. Shut down and stripped of his exoskeleton, I take him out of the box. I sit him on my couch so I can work on him without a ladder. I go back to the piles of boxes that I had gotten previously and opened the parts labeled FACE and HEAD.

                                                                                        DAY 1

I start reassembling the facial structure of the endoskeleton with help of the manual and guidance I was given by Oliver. I took his eyes out by following the pattern of the colored wires, I set the old one on the floor and picked up the new box. I reconnected it and tested it with the test panel, which took longer than expected because I heard a knock on the door. Oliver was going to come over at 8:00 pm when his shift ended and help me, my eyes dart towards the clock it was 8:30 pm. 

I run to answer the door and Oliver is standing there with a pizza box, he looks exhausted. "Oliver! Thank God you're here!" I say grabbing the pizza box from him and letting him in. He sets his bag on my couch next to Kit and Dot, my ferrets, who are just sleeping curled up in a ball. "You have FERRETS?!" He says petting them both as they awaken. "Oh yeah, I found them at a pet store that was closing so I got them basically free along with their tunnels and things. I need to put them away so they don't get into any of the parts." I said picking them up and walking to their room that has been taken over by tunnels, toys, beds, and their food and water. 

I come back to Oliver examining my work, "You did good, it all looks connected correctly and everything. Nice work!" He says smiling as I offer him a plate of pizza which he graciously accepts. "Thanks, I read that manual a million times before Freddy even got here this afternoon," I say laughing, we sit and eat and he points out some things I could do to make it easier and he leaves. 

                                                                                      DAY 15

Oliver is over almost every day to help me and give me tips and pointers, which are very helpful. I got his face done and I moved on to his multiple lacerations in his chest, I grabbed the box with the new voice box. I disconnected the old one the same way as his eyes and reconnected it but before I could test it, Oliver barges in and yells at me, "Y/n, you need to finish Freddy's upgrades because I am getting tired of doing your job." He says laughing as he raids my fridge. 

I start testing the voicebox which made Oliver jump, "Stop complaining! You use to have to do it every day before I was there. I'm also your boss so don't be giving me attitude now mister." He throws a water bottle at me as I set the testing panel down. As we sit on the couch, I can feel something's different but I don't know what.  

Oliver looks at me, his face coming closer and closer to my own, then he kisses me. I push him back, he looks really hurt. "S-sorry," We both say simultaneously, "You go first," he says looking down at the ground. "I'm sorry that I gave you and hint that I was interested when I'm really not. We can just forget this ever happened." I say pleadingly also looking down. "No, I'm really sorry I should have asked first, I thought maybe you would find it cool if I didn't. I'll go" He says grabbing his bag and running out. "WAIT" I scream after him but he was already in his car and leaving. I come back into the apartment defeated, "Shit! I really need to talk to him." I said packing up for the night

                                                                                          DAY 29

I put the final touches on Freddy's endoskeleton before I finished that part. I glance back down at my phone, still nothing from Oliver. I've called him dozens of times but still nothing, I just want to explain I'm not mad at him. I sigh as I hook up the motherboard that came in yesterday, at last. After a month, he has been repaired. I grab the new exoskeleton, I put it over him. 

I grab the memory card that had been patiently sitting on my bedside table for a month, I put it into the cardholder and start him back up. I stand there for a moment praying that he boots up normally. 

                                                                       (Glamrock Freddy's POV)

I feel my body waking up, all my joints getting power as I try to stand, I open my eyes, they are new. I feel some other new things like a voice box and some wires. I look around to see that I am not in a the parts and services cylinder which is where I usually wake up from things like this. 

I look around and then down to see Y/n, wait shit! Y/N! She is celebrating "WOOOOO YES! I DID IT! YUHHH" She looks at me and hugs me, I am taken aback. "Y/n, where am I? This is not the Pizza Plex." I sit back down so I can look at her in the eyes. "Well do you remember when those people took you all?" She says walking over to her kitchen and grabbing what looks like old Chinease food. "I do remember, I heard a lot of gunshots and then I fell to the ground and I do not remember anything else." I say as she sits cross legged in front of me on the floor. "Well that's because one of the gunshots went through your head and got into your memory palate but it didn't fry your memory card which is very good. You are here because the Pizza Plex started offering these backstage tours for people interested in what goes on behind the scene. We thought that Freddy Fazbear with bullet holes in him might not be what they want to see." She syats laughing.

I look at my surroundings once more, "How long do I have to stay here? I do not want to keep the kids waiting much longer." I say with a smile, she looks slightly hurt but I couldn't place why. "Uh well it is 10:00 pm so I guess I could take you back now but I was thinking tomorrow so you can have a cool comeback the day of." She says looking away with a sad smile. 

"No! I will stay until I am no longer needed here, I am sorry. What I said was not meant to be rude." I say looking at her sympatheticly. "No its okay, I shouldn't have taken it like that." She says getting up and plugging in what looks like a large portable charger. "This will act as your charging station for the next couple of days as I run some test to make sure your systems are working. I don't really wanna go back to the Pizza Plex." She looks at the ground

"Ah yes, Oliver, I am sorry that happened." She looked at me surprised, "You heard that?! Could you here everything else I said?" She starts to panic. She ranted while she worked I heard all of it, "No, my sensors must of just picked up and agrivated situation,"she visibly calms down. I felt bad about lying but I thought this might be better for her.

"Well with that out of the way, I'm going to head to bed. You can go charge when ever you need." She says walking towards the couch, picking up a furry thing and walking with it down the hallway. I will have to tell her what I know but maybe not this week.
