"Half of the things I know now, I wish I knew when I was younger"
Is a quote that I have said to myself before. Some of you who are reading maybe can relate? Maybe you have said that to yourself as well? Well if I could do it all over again knowing the things I know now...here is what I would tell my young self...

1. You are beautiful baby girl.
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Peoples opinions of you don't matter and they never will.

2. Love yourself and all of your flaws.
Your flaws make you the beautiful girl you are. Accept them and love them.

3. Don't be afraid to shine.
When life gives you lemons, go make lemonade. Do it big and don't hold back.

4. Never be afraid to ask for help and guidance.
That's why God puts people who are older and wiser than you in your path. Take advantage of all resources.

5. Never be too trusting of someone else.
And when someone shows you their true colors, believe them. Wise words from the beautiful Maya Angelou, RIP.

6. Don't be afraid to speak up.
You have a voice. Use that voice to say what you want, how you want and when you want. Make them listen to you.

7. Don't pass up opportunities given.
Because a missed opportunity can be a missed chance to make it big.

8. Don't stress the things you have no control over.
Worry about what you can handle and leave the rest to God. He's got your back. Just have a little faith.

9. Forgive and forget so God can forgive you.
Life is bigger than one situation that went wrong or one person that did you wrong. Let it go, forgive them and yourself and God will take it from there.

10. Live life with no regrets.
Live in the moment and make it beautiful. Time is never on your side. Dance in the rain, cherish the memories, ignore all pain, take pictures you can't recreate...do and be anything but unhappy and hateful.
