Life in Piltover was a dream.

You were glad that you were one of the lucky people who could say that. Because after the party everything pretty much placed itself on a silver platter in front of you. Mel had you stay in an 'apartment' that was honestly a coverup name for a Penthouse in lower Piltover. It was the size of the ballroom and it was decorated to your exact liking.

You met Isadora and Sophia's parents and they agreed to pay for your studies, which allowed you to go to school with all the friends you had made at the party. And even though you lived alone you were never actually lonely. Sophia became like your sister, and you spent time with her almost every single day, and Mel would call you to go wherever she was often enough for you to grow accustomed to it. Sometimes she wanted you to meet some exterior power visiting Piltover, or sometimes she just called you over to ask for advice or to talk to you; and there were also the times that you would call her to sleep over and gossip or do your hair.

After three years of this routine, you had gotten yourself quite the bit of fame around Piltover.

You don't know exactly when you started going out with men for money.

You were about 16 when you were at Sophia's house with her and another girl from your classroom, and in the middle of laughing you just blurted out the idea. They both looked at you and giggled. "I'm being serious guys, money's like the best thing in the world and there's men that would give it to us just for going out with them". You said.

Sophia laughed "Y/N you're disgusting". You blew a kiss in her direction and laughed.

The other girl chimed in. "Actually that's kind of true. I've heard of girls that do that and they end up being like council member-level rich." You pointed at her and nodded.

Sophia looked at you with a smirk which you immediately returned. You don't know if she knew you were serious though.

That very same night you went out to a bar and looked at that guy that was spending the most. He already had girls all around him. You just confidently walked over to him and said. "If I had j¡known there would be this much competition I would've stayed home". The girl laughed and the man flashed you a smile.

"Where did you come from girl? Are you old enough to be here?" He asked. You smirked at him and turned around to leave before you heard his voice again. "Wait wait" He laughed "Let me buy you a drink." You smiled.

You ended up getting more hexes from him than you could count. When you got home Sophia and Isadora were waiting for you in your apartment and they squealed when they saw you. "GET IN HERE AND SPILL IT!" You spent all night gossipping and needless to say they were very much so into it.

One night you were hanging with a really sketchy guy, but he was giving out a lot of money so you stuck around. His crew ended up switching bars, and since he was making it rain you decided to tag along. You didn't really look at the bar you had gone to but it wasn't luxurious at all, "The Last Drop" you think it was called.

You were sitting next to the guy as he played poker with some other people, and you decided to go to the bathroom. Honestly you neeeded a break.

You looked at yourself in the mirror, you were tempted to kiss it. Damn you looked good. You checked inside your purse to see the bunch of junk you had in there, and the little pink grenade you had built inside your house with one of Mel's books. You always brought one of those with you, just in case things got ugly. You had actually found pirotecnics to be a beautiful art, and honestly a pretty interesting hobby.

You were lost in your thoughts you didn't realize it had almost been ten minutes of you being inside that bathroom, and when you walked out everything had gone to shit.
