...........ok.......I got this idea staring at a poster my sisters have just sitting on the wall of Anna, Elsa, and Olaf.......
So Izuku's quirk would be called Snowman
He is a snowman who is very childish
He can create a small blimp of clouds to keep himself from melting
If he does melt he just has to be put into a cold environment to reform
He can create some bursts of ice to do damage
......I'm having mixed feelings about some of these ideas now....
