Two for one ~ a Sundrop x Reader story

Pt 3, sundrop

I was walking to the daycare, I was kinda scared to meet moondrop.
Sundrop sounded really sweet though.
I opened the door, and saw a slide.

Slide to fun? I whispered to myself, I was confused if I had to slide down.
Ah, what the heck I went down the slide, and ended up in a ball pit.

As I landed in the ball pit, I saw the sun animatronic Vanessa was talking about.
Holy fucking shit he was like 9'0" or something. He was so tall.
I walked in the ball pit so I can check the animatronic, like I was supposed to.
Hoo hoo! I heard
I turned my head to see the sun animatronic up in my face
I screeched, I wasn't expecting that.

"Hoo hoo! Sorry new friend did I scare you? I'm sundrop! But you can call me sun, sunny, or ANYTHING YOU LIKE!" He yelled

He was so loud, but I don't mind that much.
Oh hi sundrop! I'm (Y/N)
"(Y/N) is such a lovely name!" He said
Oh thank you! I replied.
I wasn't expecting a robot to compliment me, it kinda caught me off guard.
Without thinking I hugged him. I'm not sure what got into me
He seemed to be joyful when I hugged him
He wouldn't let me go, I guess he really liked hugs
But now that I think about it I don't want him to let go
I like him hugging me, he's very comforting.

Sundrop finally let go
"Sorry sunshine! I just like hugs" he said
Holy.fucking.shit. He called me sunshine I'm not sure how to feel about that
Sundrop is cute, but would I really have feelings for an animatronic that just called me a cute name?
Is it weird to like a robot in that sorta way? Probably
Do I care? Not really
I think I have a crush on Sundrop but how would I say that to him?
I'm a human and he is some sorta robot how would that relationship work?
Oh well, I guess we can make the relationship work

Did you just call me sunshine? I asked him
"Haha- yeah I did, did you like me calling you my sunshine? Do ya? DO YA?" he said
I didn't know what to say, I mean I DID like it but if I say yes what will he think? I just met him I don't wanna be mean and say no, but I didn't want to give anything away by saying yes.
I guess it's fine if you call me that I told him
"Ok! Sunshine it is!!" He said as he twirled around
He was literally adorable he was happy all the time. While he was twirling around, I wanted to explore the daycare, and check out the place. But as soon as I moved he skipped over to me and picked me up, I was a bit confused and surprised.

"New friend! Where are you going I thought we were having fun" he said in a sad sounding tone
I didn't like hearing him sound sad, so I quit roaming, and went back to the main area in the daycare with him.
"So sunshine, you like glitter glue? What's your opinion on googly eyes?" He asked
I thought he was joking, but he sounded serious. He actually was wondering what I thought about glitter glue and googly eyes
Yeah I like glitter glue it's really pretty I said
"I guess you and glitter glue have something in common" he whispered to himself
I guess sunny was trying to whisper, but he was terrible at being quiet. I was quite excited that he just called me pretty, but nothing can be prettier then glitter glue.
Oh! Thank you! I said
"Wh-a oh uh" he stuttered nervously
I could see myself getting red, and without even thinking I got up and kissed him.
I could see him get excited, after I kissed him he smiled and giggled
He was so cute, I guess he liked me too since he was so happy I kissed him.
"Oh- thank you sunshine" he said
Anytime sunny, I replied.
