He felt as though he were floating in water, deep down and away from the surface. He could see the light shining through, a brightness that made him turn away because it burned to look, and right there, next to him, a mere reflection of himself. No, not a reflection of himself. His twin brother. They had both turned and looked at each other, their bodies cloaked in a grey, thin, robe like cloth as they continued to float there, time ceasing to exist.

Then, out of nowhere, his brother managed to wade over and tackle him, his eyes full of an eerie determination, giving off a horrible vibe that filled him with fear. His brother locked his hands around his neck and began to choke him, making him struggle and wonder what had gotten into him. Slowly, he began to realize that the more he struggled, the brighter the light got behind the brother whom was choking him. Eventually, the light got so bright that he shut his eyes tightly and tried to struggle out of his brothers grasp.

After what seemed like an eternity, he felt the tightness around his neck disappear, and he could breathe. Hesitantly, he opened his eyes, to find that the light had dimmed down and his brother was gone.

There he was, all alone, floating through the water.

After a long moments' passing, he felt as though maybe he'd be stuck here for an eternity, unable to leave, unable to move or do anything. Maybe it was best to stay here, to not go anywhere. Here, he could float freely without a care in the world, not having to worry about anything, not having to do anything. No problems, no other people to deal with. But then again, that made it bad too. He didn't want to be stuck here, alone for the rest of eternity. Not being to make contact with any other being, to not have any friends or people to be with. That made it bad too.

Slowly, he felt himself lose consciousness. At first, he felt afraid. But then, as everything began to fade to a deep black, he felt calm. Maybe this was a dream, maybe it wasn't. Maybe he would wake up to something new, something great, and because of these thoughts, he smiled to himself, to that fading light in front of him as he lost consciousness and faded away.
