The box of weapons held a loaded pistol, bullets for reloading, two swords, a small knife, and brass knuckles.
Asia put on the brass knuckles, and grabbed the pistol and one of the swords. Armed and ready for whatever she thinks that man is up to.
"Asia," María says walking into their shared room.
"Yes, love?" Asia relplied
"The children are in the basement rooms, Brooke says she'll make sure they're ok."
"Awesome, here." Asia says handing her wife the sword she grabbed from the box.
"Do you have a plan?" María asks
Asia takes a deep breath. "We will hang out in the living room and watch outside from the window."
"I see," María says "Do you think that man has anything to do with why you were so tensed during dinner?"
Asia takes a deep breath agian. " Yes," she says as she puts the box back in its place.
They both walk to the living room from their room so they can watch whatever is out there. Red-eyed beast, mysterious man, whatever, it's their job to protect the household from whomever knows this house besides the people who gave this house to them.
The house: silence, the children: safe and sound, but the parents: tense and worried. Not only Asia was tense but María was as well, they have never had this problem but they are prepared.
Everything is going smoothly until the trees in front of the house makes a violent rustling sound.
Asia opens the window slightly to point her pistol at the place the noise came from. She hears more rustles and as she is now looking outside she see the trees move.
After the third sound a new sound came about, fast foot steps started to make its way. She puts her finger on the trigger and three.... two... one....
A small deer came out the forest, making Asia sigh for the third time relieving the tension on her shoulders. María luaghs quietly relieving the same thing off her shoulders.
After that moment everything is fine until a knock is heard, coming from the door. Tension: back on their shoulders.
"I guess that deer was sign." María says shaking her head in disapointment.
"I'm not getting that door." Asia says
"That's fine, its late anyways." María says, agreeing with her.
The second time the door made a noise it wasn't a knock it was banging noise. The noise made the door go inward, breaking it, revealing the red-eyed monster the two were watching out for.
How did it get here? They don't know. Why would it come here? They dont know that either. However this eight-foot monster will be a challenge take down.
Goal: Don't let it near the basement door.
Asia points her gun to monster and shoots it in the leg. Making the monster attention span go to her.
"Oh shit." She thought, as the monster launched its huge arm towards her. Thankfully she dodges it but instead of the monster hitting air they hit the wall. Knocking down family pictures and making scratches on the wall. María intervenes taking the gun from her and shot it in the monster's head. Knocking the monster down.
" Great heavens." She says in releif checking to see if her wife is ok.
"Don't worry love, I'm good." Asia says while María is helping her up.
They think victory is theirs until the monster starts to make noise. Instead of getting back up the monster transforms. Its fur disappears, its muscles tone down to a human like structure, and its red eyes turns into a blue color.
The wives are shocked. This beast turned out to be
the man who was asking them about it. They watch the man stand up revealing its naked body. Making the women mad and disgusted.
María tries to shoot the man in the head agian but no bullets came out. She throws the gun to the side and takes out her sword, running toward the man.
She strikes but he dodges it, making Asia intervene with a punch to the face. Letting María to attack again with a strike on the leg.
While the two and the man were fighting, the basement door opened. Letting out Brooke. She goes to her room quietly making her presence unknown and takes out a secret she's been hiding from the whole family from under her bed.
A bow and arrow.
She knew her parents were in trouble so before she came out the basement floor she informed Sia and Tia to watch the younger ones.
Still quiet, she takes about five arrows and sets one in the bow. She tip toes to the corner of the living room and crouches down setting up where she is gonna shoot her arrow. To the mans chest. She concentrates on the situation. She sees her mothers wrestling the man on the ground but he gets back up.
Good for her, bad for them but Brooke is sure she will win and save her parents. She aims the arrow to the mas chest and shoots.
Room: silent, arrow: gliding, María and Asia: shocked agian, and Brooke: satisfied as the arrow hits the mans chest taking him down. Making him disappear into dust.
"Who did that!?" Asia yelled looking at María in shock.
"I did," Brooke says, revealing her presence to her two mothers.
"Baby..." María whispers
The women were too stunned to speak.
"I heard the comotion from the basement floor so I decided to jump in." Brooke informed them.
"Well..." María says
"Come here," Asia says walking towards Brooke and she gives her a hug.
"I want a hug too!!" a new voice says
The three turns to the hallway seeing little Eric follwed by the rest of the children with Sia holding baby Phazaria.
"Yay group hug!" Diana yells and she joins while the rest joined too.
They hug in harmony, releiving all the tension off the parents shoulders calming them down and passing the calm energy to the children.
After the group hug broke apart Mina makes a statement; "The walls got scratches on them."
"And the door is missing." Diana says
"Oh yeah," María says looking at Asia "We'll fix that in the morning. Brooke."
"Yes," Brooke says
"Put the children to sleep." María says
Brooke nods and directs the children down the hallways to the rooms, leaving María and Asia alone in the living room.
"We protected the household." María states looking up at Asia
"Yes we did." Asia says and they kiss in victory and happily ever after.
