Steve: he wakes up to you moving around and mumbling in your sleep. He pulls you into his lap and holds you until you wake up and strokes your hair comforting you back to sleep.
Tony: you and tony both have bad nightmares so you guys are always up in the early hours of the morning pulling all nighters just telling each other stupid jokes.
Clint: would wake up to you screaming and he would hold you while you talk to him about what your dream is about.
Thor: would be confused as to what was happing at the moment so he would lightly shake you and whisper in your ear after you wake up that he was there and wasn't leaving.
Bucky: he would hold you close and kisses your temple tracing patterns on your back until you calmed down then he would whisper reassuring things as you fell back asleep.
