Alivia Jane Ambrose

"Alivia! Alivia Jane!" my mother's voice wakes me from my sleep. I simply roll over to face the door seeing her storm in and head straight for my closet. Soon enough she emerges from the closet and throws one of my suitcases on the foot of my bed.

I sit up pulling my legs closer to me so my feet aren't smashed by my mother throwing my suitcase. "What are you doing in my room this early?" I ask, checking the time and finding out it's 10:30 in the morning. She quickly unzips the suitcase and starts throwing articles of clothing from my closet into it.

"It's nearly mid-day Alivia, you need to stop being so lazy." she comments before she heads back into my closet, "I was talking to the rest of the parents and we are collectively sending all of you guys down to Malibu for the next three days." Which in other words means till Sunday.

"Who's going?" I question, raising my voice a little so she can hear me from inside my closet. A couple articles of clothing being thrown out the door as she mutters "no" time and time again. It isn't until about five minutes later she walks out again with an armful of more clothes.

She piles them into the suitcase once more before speaking, "Alivia be useful for once and help me fold your own clothes." I roll my eyes at her comment before leaving the bed to go stand next to her and help her fold. "And to answer your question, the Horan's kid, the Kender's kids, the Tomlinson's kid, the Malik's kid, the Payne's kids, oh and I think the Styles' kid. Harry isn't it?" she finishes.

Of course.

With our parents' new friendship I shouldn't be surprised that Harry is going to be joining a lot more of the activities our parents plan for optics. They do multiple of these trips throughout the year; some being ski trips, others being Disneyland, but one of their favorites for some reason unbeknownst to me is sending all of us to Malibu.

These trips are merely to make our parents look good; I just wish my mother would give me an earlier notice of these things. Believe it or not I would enjoy to have some of my clothes washed and prepared for these events than my mother just throwing her picks into my suitcase.

I fold a simple two piece black bikini before my mother's screeching voice interrupts my train of thought, "Alivia, hurry up and get dressed. I'll finish the packing; the car is leaving the Kender's right now; they'll be here in around twenty minutes." her hand waves me off to my closet to pick something out.

I ended up picking a simple slim fitting black crop top with a center ring detail to hold the deep v-line together along with a pair of basic blue denim shorts. I change into the outfit along with putting on my standard necklaces and rings, slipping a pair of air force ones onto my feet before walking out in front of my mother.

A huff leaves her lips, "Alivia Jane, have you ever tried being modest for once?" she questions. A look of almost disappointment in her eyes; I don't know what she expected most of my clothes look like this and majority of the clothes in the suitcase she packed have the same vibe.

I simply roll my eyes at her before I pack my toiletries and throw them into my suitcase before I'm almost being shoved out of my room by my mother. I quickly manage to grab my phone, keys, and my everyday purse before my mother informs me she packed multiple purses for different occasions along with a couple hair tools.

I stand outside my house waiting for the car to show up as I hear my mother shut our door behind me. I'm left out here for a couple minutes, no more than fifteen, until the car shows up. The long sleek black limousine comes to a stop and the driver almost races out the car to take my bags from me to place them in the trunk and is soon standing in front of the door to help me in.
