Why was this family dinner much more awkward than the last?
Theodore leaving for college has become the topic, and you could tell he wasn't having it. Some people were happy, like his mom and sister. Ecstatic some would say. I never understood why they would be so happy about him leaving them.
"Seattle Isn't so bad. I wish Blair would focus on school more than ballet," My dad spoke, acting as if i wasn't there. I looked over at him and rolled my eyes, the parents continuing to talk. I stared back at my plate and noticed a pair of eyes staring at me. I look up, netting with his beautiful green eyes. He gives me a slight smile, while picking at his food with his fork.
Theo and I have been in a relationship ever since March. We always acted as if there was nothing going on between us knowing how our parents are.
