The blond girl woke up in a cold sweat. Dreams of her friends keep repeating over and over. All this time she didn't leave her house. Her mother was worried about her always cheerful girl who is now so quiet that it feels empty.
"I guess I'll just wake up." She got up from her bed and went to freshen up. After changing into a casual outfit she went down.
"Usagi, I cooked your favourite pancakes for breakfast today." Mrs. Tsukino said cheerfully hoping that would bring a smile onto Usagi's face but no response just a "hmm" came back.
"Are you alright dear?" Mr. Tsukino asked worriedly.
"Yes I'm alright" she said and started eating her breakfast.
"Did your boyfriend dump you after realising how lame you are?" Shingo asked mischievously.
She flinched at the word "boyfriend".
"Shut up Shingo! Don't say that." His mother scolded him
"N-no it's not that" she stuttered a little and continued eating her breakfast.
*After a while*
"Mama, I'll heading out for a bit" Usagi said while tying the laces of her pink shoes.
"Ah, Usagi wait" her mother came and handed her some money.
"Here, eat something good. It will lift your spirits. You love to eat cakes right?" She smiled kindly.
"Uh, I don't need that." Usagi said quietly.
"Just take it." She handed the money into the girl's hands and ran off to kitchen.
I guess I'll just take it
The girl walked out into the bright daylight.
"Why is it so sunny today?" She sighed.
She took a stroll to the market. The smell of different kinds of food tingling her nose.
She took a sniff of the sweet food.
Maybe I should eat one after all.
As she was about to enter the shop, that's when she saw Mamoru and
....
Rei
She was clinging onto his arm.
That broke her heart into a million pieces.
She ran back to her house. Tears falling nonstop. The she bumped into something, more specifically....someone.
He was a tall man around her age. He had blond hair and blue eyes which was surprisingly really similar to hers and he was wearing a mask. He looked surprised for some reason.
"I'm sorry" Usagi bowed flustered.
"Sister..?"
"Pardon?" Usagi said surprised.
"I think you have the wrong per-" before she could complete her sentence. The mysterious guy pulled down his mask leaving her mouth agape.
"How is this possible..?" She mumbled to herself.
As if she was looking into a mirror, that guy looked just like her. His features, hair colour, eyes everything.
"Finally found you..."
"Sister"
