Chapter 9

Anshika--

I reached at home and didn't go to my condo. As I reached I directly went into my bedroom take a quick shower, changed into comfy shorts and loose top. Then I move down for my dinner.

As it's already late so everyone is asleep. So I had my dinner alone. And went back into my room. Then lay down on my bed.

"Tomorrow I talk about Kabir and his twins to grandpa and dad. Hopefully they didn't know about this." I said to myself and soon dose off.

Next morning I wokeup according to my scheduled time... did some workout, take a refreshing shower, changed into cream crisp shirt with black pencil skirt and black coat complete my attire. Did minimal makeup, kept my hair open, wore my heels, took phone, laptop and move down.

I need to talk about Kabir to everyone, I need to know about it.

As I entered into the dining everyone start greeting me, and I did the same, but my distrub mind catch everyone's attention.

"What happened anshu? Why are you looking zone out?" Asked dadu with concern.

"Uhh...grandpa... Umm...." I was hesitate for asking him this because he said to trust him but...

"Grandpa I wanted to ask you about Kabir.... I mean I recently got to know two things that....that he's the CEO of K.K INTERNATIONALS and also a....umm also a father of twins. So did you all know about his kids?" I asked with courage.

He take a long sigh...

"Anshika...." Oh god now I'm gone, when ever he takes my name it just two means either he was serious or guilty. And because of his looks it looks like he's serious and guilty both.

"Anshika, we know about his twins. Everyone knows...." Before he continued I shout.

"WHAT??? Grandpa I trust you... And you...." I said and tears slipped from my eyes, not because of this twins thing, but because of grandpa lied to me.

"I know princess I know, I did wrong. But please it's you grandma's wish to marry you with Kabir. You both are engaged when you guys were just kids. We didn't tell you about this but I also can't let your grandma's wish into vein, specially when she's not alive." He said with teary eyes.

"Actually, suresh ( Kabir's grandfather) and kalpana ( Anshika's grandma) both are the best friends, infact Suresh is the only family for Kalpana. As we all know she's an orphan. When he was on his death bed, he said his last wish, which is yours and Kabir's marriage. He wants you both as a couple and as his last wish we both the families engaged you both. And after years we thought it's not mtter now and we live normally, but when your grandma was on her death bed, she reminds me the wish of suresh and take a promise from me to married you both." He said and take a long sigh, his eyes were moist.

"But I thought to let it go, because I don't want any of you a feeling less relationship, and ignore this, but your grandma's things reminds me of her and her last wish, so I think to give this a try. And get you married to Kabir." He said with guilty eyes.

I can't see him like this so I moved towards him and hugged him tight.

"Don't feel like this grandpa, I was just furious on you because you didn't tell me about his kids. But if you tell me that it's my favorite grandmother's last wish then I surely didn't say you anything. I'm sorry grandpa." I said still hugging him.

"Princess, tomorrow both the families decide the marriage dates and we select the date which is after some months if their is any. So it gives you both a time to spend some time with eachother to know eachother better. And if you didn't find him as your companion, or as your dream husband then we called off this marriage." He said, and I broke the hug looking him.

"No grandpa, even if their is not much time in marriage, or I didn't find him as my idle husband. I still married to him, I promise grandpa. I do." I said and he again hugged me.

"But did you accept his twins as yours?" Asked mom with concern face.

"Mom if I accept him then I also accept everything what's his. So his kids are also mine. Also I like babies so much. So it's not a problem here." I said with a small smile and then dad said.

"I'm so proud of you anshi, and trust me I saw Kabir from his childhood he's a pure gentleman and kind hearted person, but some past makes him like this all aloof and heartless. But if you give him some time and tried to understand him then he's the best choice for you." Said dad and kissed me forehead.

"Well naina (Anshika's sister in law) our anshu become mom just after her engagement and we become uncle and aunt. Isn't it's amazing?" Said brother and all start laughing at his comment. While kept my head down in shyness.

Then we all did our breakfast with chit chats and laughs. And after breakfast I bid bye to everyone and move out.

So finally I give that khaduus (arrogant man) a chance. I thought with a smile and hailed towards office.
