Chapter 14

Kirishima watched as Bakugo messed with his tie. "Are you nervous?" Asked Kirishima as Bakugo gives up on the tie and takes it off. "Huh..I..no.. I know everything will go fine. This invention is going to change the world and free your people" said Bakugo looking into his mirror. Kirishima looks at the tie Bakugo gave up on. "Well you look the part anyway....you look good all in a suit" said Kirishima smiling. Bakugo flinched and he blushed. "Thanks.." he said turing away from Kirishima. "So..where is my suit?" Asked Kirishima looking around the room. "You don't have one" said Bakugo turning back to look at Kirishima. "Why? I kinda need a suit" said Kirishima nervously.

"You're not going " said Bakugo seriously. "Why?! I want to be there when everyone sees how smart you are. This is an important step towards the future " said Kirishima. "I know...I don't want you there. Last time we went together you got kidnapped..I don't want to risk your life tonight " said Bakugo looking at Kirishima with a soft expression. "So what? I don't care if I risk my life if it means I can watch the greatest moment in your life" said Kirishima standing up . Bakugo looks at Kirishima and looks away. Kirishima walked up to Bakugo and puts his hands on Bakugo's shoulders. "I am going" said Kirishima. Bakugo looks at him. "I can't risk you...I almost lost you once and I...don't want to risk it like that again" said Bakugo looking down.

"Why do you care that much about my life..its MY life!" Yelled Kirishima. Bakugo flinched and growls. "Because I like you!" Yelled Bakugo looking straight into Kirishima's eyes. "I like you okay....I don't want to lose you..so please..just stay home" said Bakugo looking down at the floor. Kirishima looks at Bakugo with wide eyes. "Y-you like me? Like a friend o-" Before Kirishima could ask Bakugo grabs his shirt and kissed him on the lips. Kirishima's eyes widen and he froze in disbelief. "I..like you like you...idoit" said Bakugo turning away. Before Bakugo could walk out of the room Kirishima hugs him from behind. "I..like you too" whispered Kirishima. Bakugo's eyes widen then he turns in Kirishima's arms. "R-really?" Asked Bakugo. Kirishima smiled and kissed Bakugo. "Really" said Kirishima.

Bakugo and Kirishima walked down the stairs. "What took you so long?" Asked Deku at the front door. "I..had to tell Kirishima something " said Bakugo looking away from Kirishima who was smiling. "You told him to stay ..didn't you?" Asked Deku. "Yes and he is staying...right?" Said Bakugo looking back at Kirishima. Deku rolls his eyes and walked outside to the car. Kirishima kissed Bakugo. "Fine..I will stay and wait" said Kirishima smiling. Bakugo smiled back and grabs the door knob. "I ..will be back in a few hours.." said Bakugo looking away. "I will be here" said Kirishima smiling softly as Bakugo walked out to the car. Kirishima frowns as they drove away. He really want to see Bakugo change the world but..hes fine with this. Kirishima smiled as he brought his hand up to his lips. He brushed his fingers on his lips.
