"I'm done." Jane said as they all walked out of the store. "How about you guys?"

"Done." Mild and Mook said.

"Done." Gun said.

"Christmas shopping is stressful." Mild groaned.

"By the way, where's Oab today?" Mook asked Gun.

"He had plans to meet up with some friends." Gun said as he took out his phone from his pocket to check the time.

"Oof Arm has texted you forty-eight times." Jane noticed all the unread messages from Arm.

"And he called thirteen times." Mild said, noticing the missed calls. "Are you still avoiding him?"

"Not avoiding just not answering his calls or texts." Gun defended himself.

"And why aren't you answering him? You guys are staying in the same house. How have you not talked?" Jane asked.

"We have talked. He picked Oab and I from the airport two days ago." Gun said.

"But you've been avoiding him since then." Mook said. "Is it because you know Off will be with him?"

"No, of course not. It has nothing to do with Off." Gun quickly said.

"How have you not run into Off?" Mild asked.

"He's never around the house." Gun said. "I leave the house early and come back late so we haven't run into each other."

"Well your parents annual Christmas party is tomorrow. You're going to see him there." Jane said and took a sip of her drink.

"And that's fine because I'm not avoiding him." Gun said.

"Okay." Mook said, sharing a look with Mild and Jane.

"Can we go now? I'm tired of carrying all these bags." Gun said holding up all the bags of Christmas presents he had bought.

"Same, lets go." Mild said.

The four of them headed out the mall and to Jane's car. It took them a couple minutes but eventually they managed to fit all their shopping bags in the back of the car.

Jane suggested they have dinner and they all agreed on a place.

"So I heard an interesting rumor." Mook said as they ate.
