Chapter 1 : Feelings

°°°Levi's Pov°°°

It was just another day, like usual, I'd go for a tea and afterwards straight to work.

I have an upcoming meeting with Hange and the others, including Mikasa and Armin. *Sigh* 'Gotta head to the meeting room, better early than late right?' he thought.

°°°Pardon me for the intrusion but when you see this ' ' it means their thinking/that's what they are saying in their mind. If you see this " " then that means they are speaking. And if you see this * * then that means they are doing it. Oh and wait! When you see this ° ° then I'm the one who's talking/narrating.
That's all and we'll proceed to the story (◕ᴗ◕✿)°°°

I finally reached the meeting room and entered. Everyone was already there, seems like me trying to be early but instead I was the last one to arrive. *sigh* "Let's just get on with the meeting then since everyone is here. So, Hange, what is it that we are discussing today?" I asked.

"On our past meetings, we discussed about how to prepare and stop Eren from his plans or whatever that is right?" Hange said and everyone nodded.

"Well, this one is different, it's still about eren but it includes something else...Something that includes one of us seriously invloved." Hange said. Everyone was shocked with what she had said.

"It seems that this is serious, now, get to the point Hange, making us wait all day isn't going to help" I annoyingly said. "Okay okay, geez, sorry. Now back to the topic. I've received information that Eren is currently planning to do something to a certain person. It said that whoever this person is, it's someone close to Eren, or at least has a connection with him. It also said that this person is someone Eren wants. and I think that Eren wants this person to talk about something to him. Cases are, he might be in love with this person, whoever this is." Hange stated making everyone stare at eachother in shock and confusion.

Then suddenly they stopped and realized what Hange just said. 'In love and close to'. Everyone Immediately stared at Mikasa and then back to Hange. "I guess you guys figured it out on who I think is this person?" Hange asked. Everypne Nodded, but just to confirm, Jean asked. "It's Mikasa right?". With that, Mikasa immediately blushed woth a mixed feelings of shock, love, and sadness.

A feeling of pain and jealousy struck my heart when I heard Mikasa's name. To make it worse, Hange nodded, which broke my heart. Because I knew that It might be true. Mikasa and Eren were so close compared to my connection with Eren. I felt a tear in my eye but stopped it before anyone noticed.

After that, Everyone agreed that Mikasa should have extra protection just In case Eren plans on kidnapping her. My heart broke just thinking of Eren loving Mikasa and their Love story. It hurts me.

Before I knew it, Everyone left the meeting room and I was left there, all alone. Ever since that meeting, I hadn't been focused on my work. How could I? It aches my heart to just think that Eren loves Mikasa and that I get to see her everyday, breaking my heart even more. After that, I was left on the sideline like I was just an ordinary soldier. Everyone was so focused on Mikasa that sometimes they don't even notice me. But not for long....
