Too many sweets

You had been waiting for Kate for a while now, until you heard someone bursting through the door. You turned your head and saw Kate with a huge smile on her face.

"Baby! Guess what!" Kate said. You give her a small smile and say "What?" She chuckles in disbelief and said, "You will never believe who I met! I met Hawkeye! Like literally! We talked and everything and now he's my partner and he thinks I have good instincts and..."

Kate went on like this for about a minute and you couldn't help but smile at her. You chuckle at how excited she is and she stops talking and looks at you confused. "What? Why are you looking at me like that?"

"You're so adorable.. C'mere.." You motioned for her to come towards you and quickly pulled her into you. You kiss her neck softly and cup her cheeks, "How about I make you some dinner and then you can tell me everything? Hm? How does that sound?" Kate nods and you kiss her nose and then softly kiss her lips.

After you finished talking and eating dinner you didn't realize how late it had gotten. It was now 12 AM and Kate was in the kitchen eating tons of sweets. You knew this would make her way more energetic, but you didn't stop her. Which was a mistake..

As you were trying to sleep next to Kate she kept on tossing and turning and swinging her feet all over the bed, making you groan. Once you though that she had stopped she started talking, "I've been thinking.. And I think I have come to the conclusion that ants can take over the world! Think about it! They can carry so much shit already and just imagine what trillions of ants can do! If one day they just decide to turn on humans they probably could.."

You groan again and stare at her in confusion, "What? Kate, baby i love you, but please.. go to sleep." Kate groans and mutters a "Fine." You can feel her tossing and turning trying to sleep, but she quickly gives up.

She got bored and had so much energy in her that she needed to release but couldn't. She quietly got on her knees and jumped on you.

"Y/N! Wake up! I'm so bored!" You groan again knowing that she won't be going to sleep anytime soon. You try to run the sleep out of your eyes and you look up at her.

"Fine. C'mon let's go." Kate quickly gets up from the bed and puts on her coat and shoes. Even though you're kinda pissed that she didn't let you sleep, that feeling quickly faded away once you saw how excited and adorable she looked.

You quickly did the same and got out of the apartment with Kate speed walking her way down the stairs. You chuckle at her and she realizes that you're barely on your way down so she yells, "Hurry up grandma!"

You and Kate run hand in hand giggling at each other until you tripped and fell face first. Kate stared at you for a few seconds until she started wheezing and holding her stomach. You roll her eyes but then you start laughing at the way she's wheezing.

When you both finally calmed down you started running again and then finally made it to Kate's favorite place. The park. Not only did it have swings, but it also had a rock climbing wall.

You and Kate had at least ten rock climbing battled until you both got tired and decided to sit on the swings. Kate looks at you and grins, "Thank you for coming with me. I'm sorry for waking you up.." You kiss her cheek and say, "It's okay, it was worth it. Except for the part where I fell on my face and completely ate shit.." Kate chuckles and pulls you into a kiss. You continue kissing her until you pull away and rest your forehead on hers.

You see Kate start to get tired so you motioned for her to get on your back. She hesitated at first but you kept on insisting since it was only a 5 minute walk. Kate latched onto you and you quickly heard her breath even out.

Once you got home you gently put her to bed and tucked her in. You grinned and sighed, "Jeez, it's like putting a baby to sleep." You kissed Kate's forehead and snuggled into her. As soon as you wrapped your arms around Kate, she held you close to her and tightened her grip on you.

"Night Y/N.. Love you.."
