They all were sitting on their dining table having tea.
Jai: Ab aage
Vaish: Let's do one thing guys. One of us can keep an eye on her for 3-4 days and see what is her daily routine. Then we can plan what to do
Sid: I think that's fine. Waise bbi sab jaenge to usko shakk hone ke chances bhi zyada hai. So one of us can do that
Reem: Well I don't want to say it but yes it's true
Vaish: Reem let's concentrate please
Reem nodded.
Vaish: So who is gonna take the responsibility of observing her. Ek-ek chhoti se chhoti detail chahie ki kaha kitne baje jati hai wo. We can't miss out on anything
Jai: I think I can do that. Jaasoosi wagera wale kaam I can do
Vaish: Perfect then. Kal se you go and keep an eye on her
Jai: Okk di
They discussed a few things. Then they made and had dinner and called the day off. All were sleeping except Sid. He was again again wondering about what Vaush said him about solving things with calm mind. Her words were again and again ringing in his head. He drifted off to sleep thinking about all this.
Next morning
After there normal routine, they left for Avu's college. They somehow convinced the principal to let Jai observe Avu for three days and took his permission. Jai noted each and everything about her for three days except for the time when she was in hostel room.
Vaish: So what you got to know?
Jai: Di she just come out of her room in morning, has her breakfast and goes to college in morning and attend her lectures. She has her lunch and attends rest of the lectures. In free time, she is in library. Then in evening she goes for a part time job. That's her everyday routine. And yes everyone was completely right. She hardly interacts with anyone. And here is the list of her lectures and timings of same. She works in a cafe. That's the only place she talks a bit with customers
Sid: Agar wo kisise baat hi nhi krti to humse kaise kregi?
Vaish: Vahi to saara panga hai
Vaish thinks for a moment.
Vaish: I think one of us needs to be with her for sometime daily. Kisi bhi tarah usse baat krni hogi. We need to start by being her friend. Sid is not the type of person who can talk with someone or be friends. No offense. It's just you are not friendly
Sid: I know
Vaish: I guess I will do myself. I can join the job at same cafe she does
Reem: I think you can do this di
Vaish: Let's hope so. So it's late now. Tomorrow I will go to the Cafe and talk to the owner
Next day
Vaish went and talk with the owner.
Own: But I don't need any waitress. In no seat is vacant here
Vaish: How does it harm you? More the workers more the work. And I need 4 to 7 evening shift
Own: Well problem is why should I pay extra people?
Vaish: Actually I am not doing this for money. You don't have to pay me. I don't need any salary. Just give me this job. If you want I can pay you
Own: Why you want to do this job without salary?
Vaish: I need it. I have some reason. Please I really need it
Own: Alright if you insist. But remember I won't pay anything
Vaish: Perfect. Thanks. Just do me a small favour
