The Capital Part II

"Uh yeah sure um do you know where the bathroom is cause i really need to go."

"Allright it's just over there to the corner, take a left and then a right go straight you can't miss it." With a nod he runs off towards the place, looking left and right and taking in the fantasy world he was now apart off.. For now.

Sweet relief came upon him as he walked out of the bathroom, looking to his right for a moment he noticed a man flying out of what looked to be a bar and falling into the mass of flowing water under a bridge he had crossed a couple minutes ago.

"Better find my way back to them."

He turned to his left and began walking, noticing someone being mugged in an alleyway. "Hey you there, what are you tryna do to that young boy!" His voice caught the attention of all 3 goons and the young kid.

"Would you look at that it's another person to mug now drop everything you have!" The Skinny one wielding dual long knives in his hands shouted.

Activating the watch the same way he did every other time he began to scroll through the selection seeing the 2 forms he had previously used and then a new one caught his eye. The silhouette made it look like a man with 2 pairs of Bat wings. Knowing the other ones were pretty strong he was excited to see what just new abilities this one would have.

A flash of brilliant green flipped the alley way and emerging from it came a humanoid, moth-like alien whose four wings and antenna giving him the appearance of a phantom. He has a black body with light blue patches on his arms, shoulders, legs, the back of his wings, and the back of his neck that resemble ice chunks. Each patch has thick white outlining except for the ones on his wings, which are outlined in black. There is also a black line that runs on the edge of the outer margin on the back of each wing.

On his torso are three plates: one resembling the chest, a shorter plate under the chest, and one resembling the stomach. On his face are white cheeks and under jaw, a mouth that always shows white teeth, and large blue eyes with dark spots. The top of his head also sports a white Y-shaped marking that extends over his scalp. He has three pointed fingers and a thumb on each hand, and two toes on each foot and a third toe-like extension on his ankles.

It's massive wings flapped once upon his arrival before folding around him into a cloak. "Hmm I wonder what this guy can do." The one with the long knife rushed forwards with a simple thrust that bounced harmlessly off the cloak. "Enhanced durability check!" His now icy voice said as he landed a punch that knocked the knife wielder over the blade dropping out of his hands in quick succession. The second one, which was a plus sized buff male tried to get close to him.

But he easily evaded and tripped him. "Hey you wanna go?" He said to the final member who happened to be a midget of a boy. Noticing the icy mist that came out of his maw everytime to spoke, it dawned on him. ICE

Walking over to one of the walls in the alley way he simply ran his fingers across it before firmly placing it and allowing his instinct to guide him. His as well as every other person's eyes widened at what happened next. The wall was coated in a thick sheet of ice that slowly began to spread. Fascinated, he pressed his palm into the wall quickinning the process and covering half the entire alley way in half. Remembering where he was he looked at the thugs with a smirk on his face. "SCRAM" Nobody had to tell them twice as they all booked it self preservation taking charge in all of their bodies.
