Chapter 2

*Paige's POV*

We drove away and Niall made me close my eyes until we got there.

"But Ni!" I protest.

"Just do it Lulu." he says. I sigh but close my eyes. We drive for a while.

"Almost there." Niall says. I nod. After a bit, the vehicle stops.

"Don't you dare open your eyes." Niall says. I slightly laugh. All of a sudden, my door opens and hands are on my arms. They pull me out and lightly push me. I begin walking while the arms guide me to wherever it is. Then, we suddenly stop.

"Alright Paige, open your eyes." Nail says. I open my eyes and see a carnival.

"Oh yay! A carnival! C'mon guys!" I yell as I run towards the entrance. They all laugh and follow. We get in and go on some rides.

"Ni, I want some cotton candy." I say. He nods.

"C'mon, let's go find some." he says as he walks faster. I follow him and we soon find some cotton candy. He gets us some and hands one to me.

"Thanks Nialler." I say. He nods then takes a bite. I take a bite too then we go back to the lads. They're playing a game where you can win something. Louis and Zayn are playing while Liam and Harry watch. Louis wins and gets a big stuffed bear.

"Yay! I won!" He shouts. We laugh. He walks over to me and puts the bear out to me.

"What Lou? You want me to hold it?" I ask. He shakes his head.

"I want you to have it." he says. I slightly smiles.

"That's very sweet. But you won it, you keep it." I say. He shakes his head.

"You can have it. And everytime you look at it, you can think of me." he says with a sweet smile. I smiles and take the bear.

"Thank you boo-bear." I say while giving him a hug. He hugs back and we both pull away. We continue on different rides, and of course, the bear rode on the rides with us. We all soon decide to leave because it gets a bit late. All the boys go home and Niall and I go back to our apartment. We walk in and I walk upstairs, putting the bear in my bedroom.

"You going to bed Paige?" Niall asks from the door.

"Yeah, I'm a bit tired. I had fun tonight Ni." I say. He smiles and walks over to me, giving me a Horan hug. I smile and hug him back. He lightly squeezes me and kisses my head. I smile again.

"Night Ni." I say. We both pull away.

"Night Lulu." he says and pulls away. He leaves and goes to his room. I change into some PJ's and get settled into bed. I quickly fall asleep.

*Niall's POV*

I walk to my room and shut the door. I can't help but keep thinking about something. What if Lou likes Paige? I don't want her heart getting broken. I know Lou isn't a player but I still don't want to take the chance. I sigh and get changed into some pajamas. I get into bed but keep thinking of that, over and over. Maybe he was just being nice. I hope he was just being nice.
