Pamela Wachuku enjoys her life as it is, thank you very much.
She enjoys hanging out with her friends, and she enjoys playing tennis and being on her school team even more.
What she doesn't enjoy, however, is the fact that Josiah Fahlstrom, her nearby neighbour, and his trouble-making baseball team decided to play a prank on the coaches.
She also doesn't enjoy the fact that their stupid prank which they refuse to own up to earned all the sports teams in the school a mandatory service... that service being the school play.

Then again, she doesn't enjoy Josiah Fahlstrom very much either.

usually this is the part where i go on about what i want this book to talk about and show, and funnily enough i usually have the itch to write after traumatic experiences (trauma makes for great media, truly) but this time there's none of that. i mean. other than parents being parents !!
