The name Goldcrest came from Davin after none of them could agree on what last name to give members of the household. It come to mind after looking at a gold fridge magnet. In all honesty he was probably hungry.
The name sounded unique but not too ridiculous. It was unanimously voted on. All legal paper work was filled out by Milo.
