Blips is a special edition TV Head shaped like a cat. They have no gender and their sexuality or age are currently unknown. They go mainly by female pronouns.
Her main ability is transforming, Blips can change from her normal TV head self into a humanoid creature that she is in most of the time as humans aren't keen on TV heads. She also has various technical skills such as hacking, coding, and editing.
Blips has a general hatred towards humans due to their feelings for her kind. She hangs out with Blake and Noah because they had fed her fish once and it "made her realize humans aren't that bad".
