As soon as she told me there was an accident, I knew something had happened to my father. I just wasn't sure what. Maybe he had had too much alcohol and swerved off the road, but he hadn't been gone that long. So maybe his liver failed from all the alcohol he had been drinking in the past well 18 years. I just wanted her to tell me what happened, but she sat there like a log crying like a baby.

I finally spoke up, "mother. Stop crying, what happened?"

"Elouise, y-your father h-he's dea-d"

I pulled my mother into a hug and we cried together. My father was dead because of me. All over a stupid argument.

*3 days later*

My mother wanted me to speak at my fathers funeral but I refused to go stand in front of people who I barely knew and tell them about my alcoholic father who hated me. So she went up and told them how he had died getting hit by a car while crossing the street. (To o to a bar!) Some People cried while others seemed bored in their seats. I was uncomfortable, people kept watching me trying to see if I had any sympathy for the drunkard. I didn't. I could feel thier eyes burn holes into me, trying to make me feel horrid. He used to abuse me and my mother when he would come home drunk, most of the time he would be so drunk that he couldn't even see straight.

My mom had used an entire box of tissues during the entire service, while I had only used one single tissue. My mother decided that she was going to pack up and move the day after he died, she said she was going to see the world. So that left me with no where to go. My dad had left me quite a bit of money and so I splurged on a meet and greet with One Direction, I was the 100th person to buy tickets for it so they threw in a personal-private tour of the tour bus and dressing rooms with Harry and Louis..
