In the ambulance Dreams sits nervously as George just lies they're on the stretcher. silence feels the car the silence so loud. it leaves dreams mind racing about what to do what to say when are they gonna get to the hospital how did George get there all the thoughts were too much for a dream Tears formed in his eyes as he stared at George all of a sudden the car stopped in the door swung open
Dream: we're here!?
EMT: Yes
Nurse: bring him in
They rushed George into the hospital through the crowd until Dream couldn't see him just as they fade into the distance nick and Karl rush over to dream
Sapnap: Is he ok!?!?
Karl: can you explain what's going on
Dream: uhhh....I... I really can't explain it.
